I believe Trump give 6 months to congress to work out a DACA deal, the House and Senate did and then Trump told them to stuff it. Not just the border issue, but anything the GOP brings to the floor. Democrats don't even have to make speeches anymore, just file a filibuster request with the Leader and then go home.
