The only thing of even marginal importance about the Gates fiasco is what it says about Obama and how slow he and his Chicago lackeys have been to pick up on the fact that politics Chicago style doesn't set well with the rest of the country.

For those of you who still don't get it think of the kiss the ring scene from the first God father movie with Don Corleone in Black face. And now we've got those lovely photos from long distance that are so reminiscent of similar photos the FBI took of various Mafioso gathered in upstate New York a few decades back trying to sort out some minor jurisdicational disputes.
This is little more than the trivializing of the presidency and Obama and the usual suspects just don't seem to get it.
