Either the companies pay for it or we do. You can't let them work full time and starve.

The only reason we have to pay for it is because of Democrats and gutless RINO's. Cut these social programs by at least half, and I guarantee you nobody would starve.
These programs should only apply to those that have demonstrated they've done everything in their power to not be in their particular situation, and they have no choice but public assistance. There should be strict regulations such as the applicant cannot smoke cigarettes, have any pets, purchase alcohol, and have to submit to random drug tests.
As long as government keeps subsidizing people that don't want to try, of course there will be no positive results.
