What is up with these GOP debate crowds?

I don't know but they clapped after nearly everything said last night. I got tired of hearing it, they should make them sit on their hands. Maybe it's just me but I think a debate should be a little more serious; I'm starting to think they should do them in empty auditoriums.

Look at the sorry field of candidates they have to choose from. They couldn't be serious if they tried.

Look at the total ignorant, zero experience, socialist, marxist, commie loving, racist, community organizer MORON they're running against.

It's a cake walk for any one of those republicans.

Yes, agreed, we--the Republicans--have got to do a much better job of being less judgemental (holier than thou), and more open to the reality of acceptance and tolerance. Otherwise, our ranks will continue to dwindle. Have to wonder if we--the Republicans--have scared all the Independents away?! It's certainly not getting any easier for moderates like me either. Then, after watching the debate "performance" you don't have to wonder how we've become so isolated from the mainstream--dang!

Oh, dear God. Another Trojan Republican. Allow me to beat the rush and just tell you to shut the fuck up now.

It reminds me of a Big Time Wrasslin crowd. Which makes a lot of sense if you think about it.

Predominantly white and predominantly male. Yup.

Yeah, no racism and sexism on YOUR part. Have you always been such a bigot, or just since you became a liberal?

I'm not a bigot. Just an observer. Did you watch the debate? Did you observe the crowd? If so, try calling me a liar about my observation. And if you can recall the 2008 RNC, same thing.

that is funny...and true. when they showed the crowd i dont think i saw a person of color.

reminds me of the last repub convention when it seemed like 99% of the crowd was over 60 and caucasion. that turns me off, but oh well.

That's because democrats own minorities like slaves, and treat them like slaves to boot.

Hmmm. So you must have just HATED it when Obama was campaigning last time around, and the audiences were swooning to the floor.

Here's my issue with the OP. (S)He starts off with bullshit. If you bullshit in your first sentence, I stop reading the rest. I am not interested in the bullshit of fools.

And yet you have posted in the thread twice.....hmmmm. I'd hate to see how many you would post if you actually were interested. Fool.

I'm just curious as to why not one individual has bothered to correct the 'mis-statement' in his/her first sentence. Y'all just accept it as truth?

You should go to a Ron Paul event and see how diverse they are, but all rallying to the common banner of liberty and freedom.

I've been to many libertarian and Tea Party events.

They were all fantastic....

Repubs will rail against your lying eyes! You see, the big bad liberal media made you BELIEVE you saw old white guys in the crowd when actually the GOP crowd was 99% latino. :doubt:

The audience probably had to signed loyalty pledge stating they would applaud all statements that aligned with the far right wing purity qualification requirements for GOP candidates and boo things that fell out of the sphere of the required purity.

OH YEAH... I'M SURE THAT'S IT... pfft... MORON.

I labeled it Propaganda, which it is. The Audience didn't have a problem with the Soldier, other than what he said. Big difference.

Yeah. God, if only we had a failed President with high unemployment, a staggering economy, and masses of national debt, who's only qualification for the job was his skin color and the white guilt of his supporters. Then we'd be REALLY set. Instead, we're stuck with a successful businessman and a bunch of successful politicians. DAMN the luck!

It's true. Insanity cuts across all areas of society.

You said it. Not me...

Well, they were Republicans so somebody was bound to say there was something wrong with it all... If they would have been Democrats, then they would be saying what a wonderful event it was.

You observe people by skin color and sex. You're a bigot. When you can observe people and see something other than race and genitalia, call us.

I think it's because I wasn't paying enough attention or caring enough to correct it. For the life of me, I don't even remember what he said.
