Most of the big city police departments put in the kinds of reforms they were asking for.

They started putting their rogue cops on trial and firing them instead of sitting them behind a desk.

Horseshit. They weren't asking for '"reforms." They were demanding that the police stop enforcing the law.

then escalate the problem by not complying/attack the police

Cops in the UK shoot 2-5 people a year.

We have 11,000 gun homicides in the US a year, and 16,000 homicides total.

The UK has about 50 gun homicides a year, and 600 total homicides.

The notion that the "police can't help themselves and the darkies have it coming, usually", is laughable in that the British seem to be able to conduct themselves without this kind of behavior.
