What does the law say about border and immigration issues?

Unlike you, I know the lawyers, you misrepresent yourself to an immigration officer to apply for asylum. You can start that process by showing up at a legal point of entry. But if you don’t do that first, you shouldn’t have you application entertained.
Go back and read what the website says. You can present yourself for asylum up to one year after entering the country. It doesn't matter how you entered the country.

Now, that said, most of the people being processed at the border now are reporting to legal points of entry.

Yes you can. Because you’re here illegally. But there should still be ramifications for that initial misbehavior. Do it right or get the fuck out.

You make shit up. I see the flood of illegals streaming through the whole in the fence on some farmer’s land in Texas. Thousand upon thousands of them.

They are doing it wrong. They ain’t report to a legal point of entry.

Don’t lie. Lying is bad.

The law doesn't require that. In fact, the law makes no distinction about how they got into the country. All they have to do is claim asylum, and their cases have to be considered.

If you guys want to solve this problem, fund enough asylum judges and lawyers to quickly process these cases. the problem is, you will have to accept a fairly high percentage of them WILL be approved for asylum and eventual citizenship, and that's what bothers you.

Wrong.

The "claims" of asylum should be rejected outright AT the border. When you see groups of thousands of military men, and men only, that's a signal that they are being coached to say asylum then they're home free....

Again, Biden caused this, and Biden could stop it with a simple proclamation, but he won't, and that makes him a traitor.
Then change the immigration laws on asylum.
