U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Joe Biden by declaring that Texas went outside its jurisdiction by erecting makeshift concertina wire fences along the Rio Grande section of the U.S.-Mexico border, effectively preventing the U.S. border patrol from doing their job. Texas has continued building new wire barriers since that ruling.

At least 25 Republican governors have declared their support for Abbott, including Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, and Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon.

So there we have it - Republicans who previously called themselves the party of Law and Order...have now degenerated to supporting refusing SCOTUS court orders to score political points with their rabid base.

I guess that goes hand in hand with 2/3s of Republicans being behind putting into White House a twice impeached fraudster indicted on 90+ criminal charges.

They did nothing of the sort, they just said the injunction against the feds removing the wire is lifted.

Nothing on the merits of the case has been decided yet. Nothing in the lifting of the injunction said Texas has to stop doing anything.

The only ones not enforcing the law are the lawless, like the laws on the books regarding immigration.

Why is Biden and the gang not doing their jobs? Arrest governor Abbot, or he is part of the problem, no?

Also, time to stop whining. That gets old quick.

Court effectively ruled that the Feds, not Texas has the jurisdiction over the fencing. Texas is refusing that order by

1. By continuing to build fencing Feds reject.
2. By blocking Federal agents from doing their job to correct the fencing.

We had an RCMP officer block a reporter via an illegal screen in basketball terms from asking questions of a federal official. It was caught on video and he still charged the man with "assault".

We had police in Ontario go up to a stand in court, put their hand on a bible and say that an assault didn't occur as a judge and crowd watched a lengthy video of a man being beaten by these same officers. They are all still merrily employed today, nary a fine for their lies and attempts to destroy another mans life.

In short, "you are becoming more like Canada now".

Most Americans support Texas.

BS. Cite court finding.
Who the hell is in charge?

If laws are being violated, enforce the damn law or shut the hell up

It's really that easy.

Were you loons not placed in charge?

Time to build more jails and hire more police.

No, they just lifted the injunction saying the feds couldn't remove the wire. Now they can, and Texas can put it right back up if they want to.

You are lying.

The Progs of Marthas Vineyard is all the proof you need of sell out elites driving an endgame nasty end of the greatest experiment in human history. Not accepting their share of illegals, is proof of it.

Ok, Ok, so I think democrats here are trying to rally support from us to force Texas to obey SCOTUS and the rule of law in order to do their work for them.

So, who will join the possie?

Is there a reward for the head of Abbot.?

The COURTS are in charge of determining what is against the law and what is not.

You claiming that the feds are doing something against the law at the border is just some bullshit in your head, with no serious legal backing, which is exactly why you don't have a court finding to point to.
What do you want done here other than to whine and dine us?

Feel sorry for you and the supposed democrat party in charge?
