There is an entire encyclopedia of crap Trump and the Republicans have said that Republicans would’ve gone crazy if Obama said those things.

Any everyone in American knows that blacks get treated unfairly by the police.

OP, ask any retired cop who served a community populated by large numbers of depressed, self-medicating non-black or Americans citizens of color, how often they OVERLOOKED small quantities of illegal substances discovered during the course of a lawful police investigation.

Despite the fact drug arrests were the easiest to make, especially for cops looking for overtime pay, during the near twelve years I served young Child Abuse victims Jay-Z's and Biggie's Brooklyn, NY community, I made very few drug arrests.

I was more focused on identifying and locating apparent emotionally damaged fellow citizens believing it was cool to use physical force, point a firearm or other deadly weapon at another citizen while demanding property.

Keeping it real, unless I was forced to make a drug arrest because of the Quantity illegally possessed, or when attempting to detain or arrest a person I suspected of committing an offense, and that person failed to cooperate, placing mine or other people's physical safety at risk, I had no interest in wasting time or resources arresting my apparent drug using or abusing, self-harming, American neighbors.

I saw little value in arresting drug users.

HOWEVER, I saw much value in advising the lucky person I cut loose of my good will, and to remember me if he or she ever needs a cop to speak with.

Believe it or not this policy for developing informants or 'snitches' led to several hi-quality arrests, that even if briefly, helped protect from emotional and/or physical harm, my fellow citizens residing in Biggie's and Jay-Z's "Chiraq" type communities.

The adage "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar" applies to people of all stripes, though when coupled with respect and a small cash reward for info, it mostly definitely applies to American or foreign born people, who in many cases THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, are experiencing a marginal Quality of Life.

I will give you personal examples so that you can easily comprehend.

#1) My friend who is black was supposed to meet me at our CC pool with his kids. I was running late with my kids and just said walk in, tell them you're with me and I'll meet you late. He said, its an all white pool and he felt funny. I told him to just GO! He went and it was fine. He perceived something that was not there.

#2) Another time, a different friend, also black was driving in his Mercedes SUV with me next to him. A cop pulls him over. He sighs and says, its because I am black. The cop came over and stated that his registration had expired. He was super nice and also black.

#3) I was coaching my child's 7th grade hoops team. There was a black lady ref and a white old man ref. The other coach (same person as in example 1) questioned a call and a spectator, who turned out to be the lady's boyfriend hopped out of his seat and in front of my team of 7th grade girls started yelling at him. He was a black male and yelled at him to not disrespect "his woman" and that he was that kind of "Ni$$er". In front of the girls. How do you think my daughter felt about him then? The lady ref came over and apologized after the man was escorted out. He used the "N" word, no one else. I don't go out publicly yelling I am that JEW I am that JEW. How is that racism you ask? Simple. It forms an opinion that blacks can yell what they want even if it is racist because they are on a different level.

#4) My wife had a young black male and recent college graduate apply for a job at her company. He asked her if white people would be OK working with him. She was taken aback. The applicant perceived racism just because she works in the financial sector. Odd.

#5) We were at a party and I told a new person I met that I actually voted for Trump. He said, oh...racist? I was like "huh"? He said well Trump voters are racists. I shrugged. Then my friend came over and made a Jewish joke. I am a Jew and we always have that sort off banter. We both laughed. That same person said. I knew it. Racist and antisemitic. I again shrugged. People, especially on the LEFT make analogies based on stupid data that is both unreliable and simply not true.

#6) I have a friend with an ethnic Asian last name. His wife did not take that name because when applying for jobs she did not want people to know she was definitely Asian based on her name. She perceived that people would be racist because of the aforementioned last name. That same persons believes she needs to outperform her white peers in order to get the same bonuses/raises/promotions. There is zero evidence of that and her boss per her husband is not like that at all. She is just paranoid.
