Lawyers (except for camera whores) usually don’t like cameras in the courtroom. But the public does have a “right to know” (up to a point) about the workings of the judicial branch of government (especially involving a former and possibly future President).

So, although I can’t stand that judge, I don’t fault him for approving a request for a limited moment of cameras in the courtroom.
