2nd Amendment:

3rd Amendment:
Drones over local skies (agents of the state, as ruled in Griswold vs Connecticut)
4th Amendment:
General Search warrants (drone surveillance) and NO warrants for spying. Patriot Act.
5th Amendment:
Miranda rights suspended (forced to testify against self via torture)
Circumvention of double jeopardy via Article II and Article III courts.
Deprivation of life, liberty ad property without Due Process
Violations of Corruption of Blood (Article III, Section 3)
Private property is seized without compensation in Gold or Silver Coin (Article I, Section 10)
Innocent citizens terrorized in order to take plea bargains and make themselves guilty for the prison-court complex.

6th Amendment:
Trials of special persons are no longer public nor speedy, if you even get one.
Juries are not impartial, they are cherry-picked by the State in order to usurp Jury Nullification under the guise of "Scientific Jury Selection."
Alleged suspects are not tried in the respective district.
Defendants cannot challenge the jurisdiction of the Court, and are only given vague information about the cause and nature of the accusations against them.
Can no longer confront witnesses against them because they are "classified." (Gitmo)
Cannot call Witnesses on their behalf (Gitmo).
No longer given proper counsel, but instead given attorneys who are agents of the Courts themselves, that are denied from using Jury Nullification defenses.

7th Amendment:
Invoke the $20 clause today and you'll be laughed at by the judge.
Facts determined by Juries in civil cases may now be overturned by the Courts.
8th Amendment:
Bail is always insane on persecuted targets.
Cruel and Unusual Punishment - Gitmo, suspension of 5th Amendment rights.
9th Amendment:
The Federal Government believes they are the Sovereign, they are the Kings and we are the Subjects, Popular Sovereignty has been long revoked.
10th Amendment:
Unfunded Mandates, Usurpation of National Guard, Common Core, Gun regulations, this list is endless.
Beyond the Bill of Rights:
13th Amendment:
Illegal Immigrants are the new American slaves, working for a handful of uselessly inflated Federal Reserve Notes.
14 Amendment:
Many tyrannical states (CA and NY) deny equal protection and due process.
The validity of the public debt is void, because it is in Federal Reserve Notes (private fiat currency), not Gold and Silver. This is the thing that hurts the United States the most (as a whole).
24 Amendment:
There are many indirect poll taxes blocking impoverished people from voting today.
15 Amendment:
Countless blacks and other minorities are denied the right to vote because they are frightened into taking plea deals to convict themselves of victimless and harmless crimes.

Overtaken by the NDAA
Habeas Corpus - Overtaken by the NDAA
War declarations - taken by the Executive Branch - the very branch who is prohibited from this power.
Necessary and Proper Clause:
Transformed from a clause that granted subsidiary abilities to the federal government to execute their ENUMERATED POWERS, to a clause that grants them ALL POWER (especially when combined with General Welfare and Commerce Clauses).
