Virginia to end concealed carry reciprocity with other states

While I can see some of their point in preventing stalkers, dealers, and mentally ill from going out of state to get a concealed carry license, (trying to figure out how that is even legal, always thought you had to be a resident to get a CC), it means anyone visiting or vacationing has to stop and get a special permit to carry, IF they meet a certain set of standards set in law.

Looks like Virginia is off my future vacation plans.
