$9.1T of that is for home mortgages - that is not a crisis unless people cannot afford to repay.

The real issue is Student Loan debt. In 2008, the total was $600B, it is now $1.5T. This $900B increase accounts for the entire increase in household debt over the past decade.

So instead of moaning about overall household debt, how about addressing the real problem: The Obabble Admin's collusion with higher education to saddle clueless students with massive amounts of debt for "indoctrination" credentials with no real market value.
