Upcoming Republican Debates Need To Be Revised

We had about as many illegal Mexicans here in 2006 as we do now. We had full employment in 2006.

And then something happened during 2007-2009. Maybe you guys heard about it. It was in all the papers.

Hint: It had nothing to do with Mexicans.

And I am pretty sure Mexicans aren't the ones who ran up the $18 trillion tab which is the biggest drag on our economy.
.

I fail to see how Mexicans are responsible for the economy.
Mexico isn't entirely responsible for detriment to the US economy, but they do have a LARGE impact. Yes, you fail to see that (as liberals most often do)

1. $23 Billion is extracted out of our economy every year in remittances (reinserted into the Mexican economy). The Vikings would be envious.

2. An even larger amount goes from the US to Mexico in welfare relief via the anchor baby racket, false documentation, and a scam regarding the 14th amendment.

3. Mexico get $$$$ from the US in foreign aid (all while they wage a 21st century style imperialism upon the US, using cheap labor troops for remittances)

4. Mexico's cheap labor "troops" swipe million of jobs away from Americans.

5. Mexico's migrant s cost the US big bucks in EMTALA payments to hospitals.

6. The migrants add crime to America, adding costs$$ for that.

7. The migrants add pollution to America, adding costs$$ for that.

8. The migrants increase the consumption of scarce resources (oil, gas, fresh water, etc) adding costs$$ for that.

9. The migrants add children into America's school systems, adding costs$$ for that.

10. The migrants increase the road traffic population, necessitating construction of more roads and bridges.

Wow! So many logical fallacies and exaggerations, one hardly knows where to begin.

"The migrants add pollution to America." BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA! How can you possibly be taken seriously?

NO we didn't have full employment. We had 8 million illegal aliens filling jobs that should have been filled by Americans. And every one of those jobs was counted as "employment" when actually they were employment FOR MEXICO, and unemployment for the USA. Man, have they ever got you programmed. Sheeeesh! This is what happens if you watch liberal media.

Once again: We had as many Mexican illegals here in 2006 when the economy was booming as we do today.

Then this thing happened in 2007 - 2009 that blew up our economy.

Read a goddam newspaper once in a while, bigots.

Yep. We did.

Were you in a coma? I often think some of you were.

After the sham of last night's Republican presidential debate, it is clear that liberal media cannot be trusted to moderate. These debates are supposed to give Republican voters an opportunity to see/hear the candidates, and thus be betTer informed, as to who they should choose to vote for.

They should not be a display of flaming liberals taking target practice at the candidates, and denigrating and insulting them every way they can. Looking at the schedule of debates over the next few monthS, I see 5 that should be revised from who is doing the moderating, or they should be canceled entirely. There are also 3 Fox News sponsored debates scheduled in November, January, and March. That is plenty. We're seeing these candidates on TV news shows everyday anyway.

It's unbelievable (and equally hilarious) what whiners conservatives are. If people like you were on a wagon train heading west 150 years ago, no one would blame the wagon master if he booted you off the wagon train about 150 outside of St. Louis, MO with enough food and water to make it back on your own.

Oh, gee. Look at that big spike in unemployment in the furthermost right hand gray bar on that graph.

Musta been a big Mexican invasion!

Any additional people in the country is additional pollution. Would you like me to direct you to some 9 year old kids in the 4th grade to explain that to you ?

So show me ONE "logical fallacies and exaggeration". Go ahead. Show ONE. If you think you can.

All during Bush's Administration, unemployment was going down, down, down, down...and then KA-BOOM! CRASH!

Damn those pesky polluting Mexicans!

this article hit's on changing how the debates are done

Priebus: Say, there were a lot of gotcha questions last night, huh?
posted at 9:21 am on October 29, 2015 by Ed Morrissey

There may be a few questions for Reince Priebus from the campaigns too, after last night’s debate debacle, but the RNC chair went on offense immediately afterward. Priebus told reporters in the spin room that “CNBC should be ashamed” of its performance last night, although Priebus hailed the Republican candidates for “sticking together” under fire:

But is CNBC ashamed? Not yet, anyway. The Hill’s Ben Kamisar reports that the debate moderators decamped to the only friendly turf they could find — sister channel MSNBC — where Chris Matthews assured them that their critics were just meany conservatives looking to pick a fight:

“There were a lot of conservatives before the debate who were urging them to go hard after the media, and that’s what they did,” moderator John Harwood said during an interview late Wednesday night on MSNBC’s “Hardball.”

“Some of those questions, especially considering the prescriptions they are offering, are questions that feel hostile to those Republican candidates.” …

Harwood and fellow moderator Sharon Epperson criticized the candidates for obfuscating the facts. They specifically mentioned Sen. Marco Rubio’s (Fla.) accusation that Harwood mischaracterized his tax plan, which Harwood said was not true, as well as Trump telling moderator Becky Quick that he had never criticized Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg when the criticism is included on his campaign site.

Harwood argued that a Tax Foundation analysis of Rubio’s tax plan showed that it favored the wealthy more than the poor, and Rubio responded by reminding Harwood that he had to correct a similar statement earlier in the month. Harwood vehemently denied that, which makes this a little … embarrassing:

John HarwoodVerified account‏@JohnJHarwood Oct 14

CORRECTING earlier tweet: Tax Foundation says Rubio benefits lowest 10% proportionally more (55.9) than top 1% (27.9%). Avg for all: 17.8%.

SNIP:
Perhaps the answer should be that the RNC — and the DNC as well — should take control of their own debates by using alternate methods of broadcasting. Broadband has a wide enough footprint in the US to make that a viable option, and that would give the GOP the ability to choose moderators from somewhere other than the New York Times. People who want to engage in these debates can find ways to access them, and the political media will cover them no matter how they get broadcast. It might be time to explore new vistas than the old alphabet-soup broadcasters and cablers.

ALL of it at the site:

Biggest whiners are black Democrats, bitching about being oppressed, all the while receiving affirmative action preferences in college admissions, college financial aid, job hiring, job promotions, business loans, etc, and all at the expense of Whites. And they have white liberals whining right along with them. What a ludicrous charade.

It's called "tunnel vision". Where one becomes so focused on a little blinking light that one doesn't notice one is steering the plane right into the dirt.

This ridiculous obsession over Mexicans as if they are a major factor in our economy is beyond laughable, it is downright dangerous.

95 million Americans not working. Yes its a VERY big Mexican invasion.

It isn't the Mexicans' fault. It is OUR fault. We ran up a massive private and public debt.

You can find the person who is at fault in your nearest mirror.

Mexicans caused the housing and derivatives crash!

Clever Mexicans.

I remember now. Mexicans were holding guns to people's heads, forcing them to take out HELOCs and use them to buy boats and Disney vacations.

It's all coming back to me now.

Not OUR. YOUR. I didn't agree to let tens of millions of foreigners come into the US and pillage our economy & tax treasuries. Republicans don't support that. Democrats do (+ a few RINOs)

You can find the person who is at fault in your nearest mirror.
