Unexpected chart of the day: Americans want more government in health care

A poll from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Harvard School of Public Health finds Americans want more, not less, government involvement in health care:

As the above chart shows, bigger government actually polls as more popular in health care than in general. When the New York Times polled on how much government Americans want without specifying “in health,” the numbers flip: the majority of Americans want it to get smaller.

It's from a lib outlet, not at all unexpected. I'm surprised it didn't find more support for government mandated euthanasia.

The only thing YOU proved is that it is possible for leftwing institutions to come out with a doctored up poll result pretending to show the exact opposite of what people REALLY believe.

Do you know who Robert Wood is? Understand what his foundation is all about -AND its connection to the Harvard School of PUBLIC Health? Are you SERIOUSLY surprised that two leftwing institutions that exist for the purpose of promoting government run healthcare came up with "results" claiming the majority of all Americans want MORE and BIGGER government? Are you for real? Is there a reason you used a leftwing hack BLOG as a source instead of the real deal? Hmm? Did you have any clue this was actually a push-poll and not a legitimate one? Not even the foundation or Harvard will publish the exact wording of the questions posed to those being polled OR ANY information about their demographics. Gee, is it possible if only welfare recipients are asked while sitting in some free clinic the outcome might be different from that of say...small business owners? Demographics MATTER -as does the EXACT wording of what is being asked! And here its a big secret. A push-poll is one designed to push people to give the preferred response in order to get a desired outcome. This is actually a push-poll and meaningless GARBAGE. Do you REALLY not know how to spot one and how to tell a push-poll from a legitimate one? REALLY? Then you are definitely the poster boy for what happened when public schools started avoiding teaching critical thinking skills in favor of political indoctrination. Well done.

When you can't find anyone willing to publish the EXACT wording of the questions asked or any information about the exact demographics of those polled - it should raise a big, red flag. Even among morons who happen to like the phony ass results. Oh gee, like to pretend those things have NO effect on the desired outcome, right? Hiding these FACTS instead of presenting them WITH the results is THE typical stunt when presenting the result of a push-poll and pretending it is legitimate. I would not expect anything less from two institutions that exist for the purpose of promoting government run healthcare!

But it explains NOTHING about the FACT in REAL POLLS where you can see the exact wording of the question and the demographics of those being polled -57% of all Americans want Obamacare IN ITS ENTIRETY repealed. No ifs, ands or buts -and that percentage is UP and become even more resistant to it. Or the FACT the majority of Americans believe our government is TOO BIG RIGHT NOW! It must be because they all secretly want government to be even bigger and a LOT more involved in controlling OUR lives with regard to healthcare and just about every other aspect of our lives with it, right? ROFL Be careful what you wish for.

Frankly, most Americans just aren't that intelligent nor capable of meeting their own needs.
