This entire accusation of "Ethnic Cleansing" is merely a propaganda stunt. As of 1 January 2015, the population of Palestinian Authority was estimated to be 4 588 807 people. This is an increase of 2.53 % (113 232 people) compared to population of 4 475 575 the year before. In 2014 the natural increase was positive, as the number of births exceeded the number of deaths by 113 232.

NOTE:
The U.S. population grew by 0.73 percent in 2014, while the world grew by a bit more than 1 percent

It is a neat trick for the Palestinians to have TWICE the growth rate of American, and the world average, while allegedly being under "Ethnic Cleansing."

This claim of "Ethnic Cleansing" is strictly disinformation that is easily proven wrong.

I searched the Press Releases of the UN, the Voting Records archive, and several parts of the UN site with the term "Using Amicable Methods" and the date 26 November 2015 --- and got NOTHING.

No other coverage -- all 3rd party interpretation if you can find any at all.
Can't get excited AT ALL about something like this --- if the UN doesn't deem it important enough to even issue a press release.

Want to try again as these are just votes to set up committees to look into the facts, and when they are ended there will be no change. It is just a paper exercise to justify the excessive sums of money paid out to the UN by the US and EU. Time to change the rules and give the nations that pay in the highest amounts pro rata to their GDP the most votes.
