Tyrant Obama Admin: Files lawsuit to force Boeing to use union labor!!! WOW!!

Let's keep this to one thread, please. I don't disagree with your politics, but creating myriad threads on one topic just make you look like a lefty.

Sorry, Gunny. My mistake. And I sure as hell don't wanna look like a lefty. But hey unlike Obama, at least you didn't sue me to locate my "operations" where you want, you just politely asked me too and pointed me in the right way haha!

You fucking morons!

Low wages do nothing but fatten the coffers of corporations while dragging down the living standards of all working people.

But....the Charleston Boeing workers aren't getting low wages. They're gonna be earning around 50K or more. And in South Carolina, the cost of living is lower than the Northeast or Northwest. And this city is gorgeous, warm, hot women, great food, the beach. Whats not to love? I see why Boeing wanted to come here.

The ONLY people pissed about this deal are people outside of Charleston. Stop hatin'!!! BTW, to all you pissed off union folks, Boeing is still taking applications down here. BUT.....you'll have to "suffer" by earning 50K+ in a city deemed in the top 5 resort towns to visit in the world, January days with 75 degree weather and a beach, low traffic, low pollution, hot women, good food. But, if you can deal with that horror, they're hiring.

Proof? Or talking out of your ass again?

Proof of what? The Charleston is happy to have Boeing here? Or that Charleston workers are happy to take a good paying non-union job from them? Or proof that Charleston's natural beauty and hot women are....well, awesome?

every time the boeing union goes on strike, i suspect that they are getting paid by airbus... unions certainly know how to **** things up. bunch of socialist bastards..... close em up and shut em down.

Boeing won't have to worry with the production stoppages any longer. At least not on the Dreamliner. South Carolina is non-union. And the SC workers are still protected by the Federal Dept of Labor, so they'll get basically the same pay and benefits as the whining Seattle blobs would have.

Oh, and you're all welcome to steal my avatar to use as your own in other forums. Im quite proud of it.

You haven't received your summons yet?

I think the lawsuit is bullshit and typical of a socialist/leftist run government. Obama has turned out to be exactly what everyone with a brain capable of cognizant thought predicted he would.

Just another product of dirty, leftist Chicago politics. He should be running for president of the cell bloc he's assigned to, not the US.

Oh, wait, I just got the summons. I reads that I'm being sentenced to "1,000 posts containing right wing, conservative thought, with strong evidence pointing to the evils of liberalism."

Ok Gunny, I'll pay my debt:redface:

Proof of what? try taking your simple ass to the OP and reading it. If you're seeing double from too much smoke, close one eye.

Unions suck. Not only do they suck, but they suck the life out of people. Further, our government has NO business interfering in the private sector. Or haven't you read that irrelevant to the left document called the US Constitution?

If I own a business and want to move it because the tax me 'til I die left is sucking the life out of me, fuck you. Grow your weed and smoke it on your own time and don't be telling me what to do with what is mine.

Of course, you wouldn't know a thing about my last statement would you? After all, it's only what "liberalism" actually means. Not your leftist, socialist, I can't do for myself bullshit.

the best thing that could ever happen is for boeing to move everything out of washington state and let those socialist bastards and liberal weenies loose there jobs.... i am glad that south carolina workers are non workers. they are the true americans, not a bunch of pansey ass entitlement mentality libbies whining about everything under the sun, and, getting paid much more than the average washington employee.

Yep. If all the rich companies and people left Washington State, or any left wing state, all the liberals would rejoice!!!!!! Right up until they asked "Ok, now that those right wingers are gone....wheres my government entitlement check? Huh? Whadya mean theres no one to pay for it now?????"

Washinton state should let Boeing exercise it's right to move but exercise it's right to tax anything from Boeing or South Carolina.

You ever hear of the Constitution? States do not have a right to tax other states, nor do they have a right to tax specific countries. In fact, governments do not have rights. If you were not an idiot I would point out how stupid you are for confusing what rights are, but I really do not expect much from people who graduate from public shool anymore.

Washington State shouldn't have the power to "let" Boeing do anything. The WA state government doesn't own Boeing. Boeing operates there, and hires citizens of WA state at it's own will. If WA and the Feds keep trying to bully Boeing, they'll move to friendlier atmospheres.

Like Charleston, SC, voted 12 years straight as America's friendliest city!!!!

Washington state should and does have the power to enforce it's laws.

What laws are you talking about?

You wouldn't know what the US Constitution says if someone spoke it to you R-E-A-L slow and R-E-A-L loud, you socialist.

How dare a fuck like you cite a document you can't do anything but invent interpretations to which have no basis in the words it states?

Loser.

The typical liberal has no freakin clue what the Constitution means or says.

However, Obama does. Obama was a Constitutional scholar, or so we're told. He knows exactly what it says. In fact, in his own words, he expresses his disappointment in that the Constitution tells the government "what it can't do to the people.....but doesn't say much about what it can do." Those are Obama's exact words. He knows the Constitution is a roadblock to his agenda. The bastard is evil. But he's also smart. Very dangerous. And he is in fact a bastard, by definition.

Doubtful very doubtful. While it may well be true that unionized government work forces are often unmotivated and unproductive such is NOT true of the unionized private sector workers I have seen in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest. Those folks are the sort who do a fine job of managing both quality and quantity of output on the shop floor. Main 'problem' with the workforce is that it will also be pretty diligent & unbending regarding management attempts to dodge the terms of signed contracts. The culture places a high value on being serious about work. The deep south (Carolinas thru LA) has a different culture. People are often burst workers- hit it hard for a long day & then slack off rather than maintaining a continuous steady pace which accomodates the task being paid for. Take a bunch of these folks suddening going from $5 an hour clerking at the 'sack of suds' to $15 at the new factory and lots of 'em are gonna decise that they have enough money for the week working thru wednesday and just disappear the rest of the week. Good quality is also going to require much closer inspection of output. That is expensive. Heck the low level of/poor quality of education among the locals is going to be an issue.

Not only is that pro-union propaganda with absolutely no basis in fact, it's one of the most bigoted pieces of swill I have seen posted in this forum.

Journalists have done documentaries of union workers in Detroit goofing off and drinking during their lunch hour. That's what dedicated workers union employees are.

Yet, Obama's NLRB appointees are in attack-mode to stop it. They argue that the mere act of building a plant in non-union SC is "intimidation" to union members. How? By opening a plant in SC? Boeing EXPANDED it's workforce in union-labor Seattle/Puget Sound by 2,000 employees. So Boeing didn't slash union labor, they simply opened in SC also.

Reality is intimidation to union members. They live in a dreamland where high wages are created simply by demanding them.
