I read an article on it (not Wikipedia) a while ago, and I think it said she did actually design it with a Presidential retreat in mind. But I'll take your word for it.
I'm still fussing that it costs 10 mil a weekend for him to visit there. That is too much and it is not his fault. Did we hear about the per visit costs of all these other presidents who are being mentioned for having retreats?
