Trump's ex-doctor demoted by Navy for inappropriate behavior in White House

Where was this list? The preceding paragraph of the Rawstory article says this:

The Navy demoted the two-term congressman from a retired admiral to captain, which carries serious financial implications and a social stigma among military circles, after the Pentagon inspector general faulted him for creating a hostile work environment and drinking and taking drugs while on duty as the president's doctor, reported the Washington Post.

This is a list of the substantiated allegations. It does not include the unsubstantiated allegations.
The list is inside the actual report.

And the report clearly indicates what is substantiated and unsubstantiated. There is absolutely no ambiguity.

I really don’t understand your problem here, it’s pretty easy to understand what they’re talking about. They’re not misleading in the least.

No…the navy spokesman’s comes out and says “substantiated allegations”, he doesn’t make the distinction that some are true some are not.

That matters.

That would be like someone being accused of murder, extortion, assault, and burglary, but the assault and murder was not proven, and then a spokesman comes out and tells the public “the allegations have been substantiated”, that would lead the public to conclude that ALL of the allegations are true.

See what I mean?

The OP article includes the quote from the navy spokesman but doesn’t even link to the actual report, so, you know people are going to come along and read that and think “well, all of it must be true” and left wing media will report that way as well

But by saying substantiated allegations they’re only referring to the true ones.

But that’s not actually what they said. They said the substantiated allegations led to the demotion.

That’s a significantly different statement.

The article says what the substantiated allegations were.

The weaponization of government by Democrats to punish their enemies never ceases to amaze me.
So now the Navy is democrat deep state.

You people are special.

Did it cross your mind at all that he behaved badly and got punished for it? Can you be normal for 5 seconds?

All I see are allegations and no process to validate the supporting evidence. “Normal” in these situations involves due process; even in the Navy and other Military branches.

Is it possible to demote a retired member of the military? Is Biden's weaponized Military bureaucracy going to go after retired republicans?

That little baby tantrum won't help you.

You have made no points about the material, because you didn't read any the material before running your mouth.

Again.
You just gouged your Elbow on the kindest and most generous woman at USMB who brings with her the best and most unifying thread on the board. Your sincere apologies expected or you will smell like dead ocean fish, landlubber. :cranky:
