Trump's Rise Was Rooted in These Three Things

Ignorance in his followers should be number 1.

Just keep calling the followers of Trump "stupid/irredeemable/deplorable", you are doing a very important job with your name calling!

This way the number of Trump-Followers will grow exponentially, but Trump haters and other idiots will never find out why this is happening.

:D

Not that a lot of them are still alive, but I don't imagine my parents voting for Trump. I think they would have saw him as a clown.

That's because they worked in the carnival freak show and they'd have known he wasn't the bearded lady or two-headed dwarf so he must be the clown.

I think my dad would have loved Trump... probably to the point of annoying me. He hated the Clintons with a passion. My mom just wasn't into politics at all but I know she was pro-life and against gay marriage.

My dad was a combat medic in WWII. You weren't fit to carry his satchel.

But you see, unlike you dumbasses in Jesus Land living next to a toxic waste dump, he was in a union and understood working people had to stand together to get a fair shake.

I wonder if he would have noticed when the unions sold him out in favor of being Dem party stooges?

I wonder what his dad would think of a son who loves illegal aliens and black lives matters thugs and hates the white working class?

You say Trump is unpopular. I guess this is because you're relying on polls? But I just watched Trump deliver a speech to CPAC, a place he would've been booed off the stage last year at, and they gave him a standing ovation. I can assure you, in spite of what the fake news tells you, Trump is winning people over in droves and that is only going to get better as the left continues to lose it's collective mind.

That just tells me you conservatives have sold out your principles... not that Trump is popular.

Trump isn't winning over anyone. His popularity is at 38-41%. By comparison, at the same time in his presidency, Obama was well over 65%.

The last time the Democrats went this radically left was in 1968. They scared mainstream blue collar Americans so bad they elected Richard Nixon twice in landslides. That is what is what is about to clobber you over your silly head in 2018. After that, maybe someone like Webb or Manchin can talk the nutbags down off the ledge and bring your party back to the center again.

Except Nixon didn't win a majority of the popular vote in 1968, much less a landslide, and in 1974, he was forced to resign because everyone realized he was a monster.

Do you really want to pick Nixon as a role model?

The other part of your misalculation was when Nixon won in 1974, Whites made up 90% of the electorate. They are less than 70% now. The GOP cannot sustain itself as a White Identity Party, and that's where Trump is taking you.

I see you conveniently left out the part where their national sovereignty is being undermined by Muslims. It's far from the socialist Utopian picture you painted.

I think the last time we had this discussion, you posted stuff from a Racist website.

This time you did a little better.... Except maybe you should READ the article...

Muslims from more than 2,000 mosques across Germany came out in force on Friday, using their traditional day of prayer to the counter Islamic State propaganda and draw attention to the rising tide of Islamophobia in their own country.

The show of solidarity was organized by Germany’s four main Muslim advocacy groups and attracted thousands of supporters in Berlin, Hamburg, Mölln, Bielefeld, Oldenburg, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart.

About 1,000 Muslims laid prayer mats down outside a Berlin mosque that had been damaged by an arsonist in August.

Wow. So they peacefully demonstrated not only against Islamophobia in their own country, but against Islamic extermism as well.

Wow.

Well, you're getting better.

It still illustrates the division in the country, which was my point.

Another one of those after-the-fact analyses of what most of us already know. Probably written by someone who thought President Trump never had a chance of winning.

How did the man that millions laughed at for so many months become President Donald Trump?

It’s actually fairly simple when you study it.

The Three Factors Fueling Trump’s Improbable Rise

1. A Frustrated Middle-Class

2. An Unscripted Personality

3. Ability to Control the Media Narrative

No wonder the elitist Leftists hate him so much!

The far left hates anyone and anything not far left, the fact that this FDR Democrat has an (R) next to his name is enough for the far left drones to hate him..

This does prove that FDR would not fit into today's (D) party controlled by the far left!

Here are the reasons Trump won:

1. The hated and distrusted media attacked him relentlessly.
2. Hillary was a corrupt criminal and a pathological liar.
3. He wasn't an elitist politician, he spoke like us and acted like us.
4. He didn't give a rats ass about political correctness.
5. He loves this country.
6. He is a leader.

2. Too many people voted for third party losers because the media told them Hillary had this.
3. We have too many stupid people who think that Trump was a "leader" because he had a reality TV show. You might as well call Honey Boo-Boo a "leader".
4. He happily played on the racism, homophobia and misogyny of this country, because actually discussing real solutions is too complicated for people who watch Honey Boo-boo.
5. The media didn't call him out on his bullshit early on because he was good for ratings. By the time they did, the damage was done.

 You sir, will never learn, but by all means keep it up! Keep that right there up for 4 years.

The winning Trump issue (that no other candidate had) was the immigration problem. Second on the list was Commie Care--an issue that ushered in mid-term sweeps for the Republicans.

The Democrats were fooled. They thought that people liked their left-wing issues like forcing girls in school to take showers and dress with boys. But people didn't like their issues--they liked Obama. The left simply pushed too hard and too fast.

trump didn't win. Most Americans voted against him. He got less of a percentage of votes than Romney got (46% vs. 47%.)

The idea that "This issue won it for him" is silly. What won it for him was the oppositions disorganization. Had everyone who realized this was a horrible idea gotten their shit together, we wouldn't have this problem now.

Instead, too many people wasted their votes on third party candidates and too many people voted for Trump hoping to get something out of it.

There are essentially two reasons Trump won:

1) unbelievably poor candidates in competition with him on the Republican side.
2) unbelievably poor candidates in competition with him on the Democratic side.

We must add to this the ridiculous refusal of American voters to think outside the two party dictatorship.

Cruz was not a poor candidate.

Perhaps 'poor' is too generous a term.

I think we Trump voters are quite happy so far. He's made decisions that favor the conservative part of our party and I'm sure he will take on issues that may make the establishment happy as well. That's why he was so welcomed at CPAC.

Now time will tell. It doesn't matter what the polls say for at least another year when some of Trump's policies come to fruition.

Less great would fair.

Trump isn't going to last four years. Shit, he'll be gone by the end of this one, if he doesn't manage to kill us all in a nuclear war.

And when that prediction fails, it will be as quickly forgotten as the predictions that came before it.

I wonder what Obama's rise was rooted in? Maybe the total support of the criminal conspiracy known as the MSM? How could a former community activist who never had a real job and who claimed to rely on "dreams of my father" be elected when his father was an anti-American bigamist alcoholic African Nationalist?
