Trump wants blacks to gamble on his "what the hell do you have to lose"

In all fairness, if they voted Republican and got lifted off the bottom rung of the economic and educational ladder, they would lose their "victim" excuse and be expected to actually contribute something to society.

try as you will, your RACISM somehow always comes through loud and clear...Be "proud" of who is in your ilk, right wingers.

It's not racism because you don't like the two options presented.

Oh, yes it is RACISM in all its putrid symbolism........The moron who wrote the post is basically stating that blacks do not want to lose their "victim" status........If your other half of your brain was functioning, what exactly would you call THAT ???

So? It's not my fault Blacks have remained at the lowest rung of the economic and educational ladder.

The sad part is blacks on such a high percentage choose to stay with an ideology that has proven to have done nothing. Funny thing is many say Democrats TRIED. Typical mindset of as long as the effort is there, results don't matter. Wonder how many of them would pay a roofer to put new shingles on their house if the roof still leaked after it was finished applying the "he tried" mindset.

It becomes a choice between staying with the same roofer or going with the guy who wants to tear off your roof and won't tell you what he will give you in its place

And not to rain on the Democrat Race-Baiter Parade, but i'll ask them to please provide the long list of wonderful things their Party has done for African Americans. I'm willing to listen.

Did you morons ever wonder WHY the modern democratic party LOST the south?....and virtually ALL southern states are now a bright red?

But, here, a contemporary lsit of what the Democrat party stands for ,,,,AND I'D LIKE TO SEE ONE...JUST ONE REPUBLICAN INITIATIVE TO HELP ON THE ISSUE OF CIVIL RIGHTS.....

Democratic Party on Civil Rights
Enable disability access; plus 100,000 federal jobs

No one should face discrimination based on disability status. President Obama and the Democratic Party will continue to lead efforts to facilitate the access of Americans with disabilities to the middle class, employment opportunities, and the ability to lead full, productive, and satisfying lives. The administration and the Democratic Party are committed to assisting the approximately 50 million people in this country living with disabilities, assuring their full integration into society.

"Under President Obama, veterans have started to realize the promise of a square deal. PTSD is no longer a dirty word. More veterans are getting their benefits. More veterans are in college. More veterans have more options in finding good with federal contractors. We are committed to expanding access to employment for people with disabilities and removing barriers to work.

Equal treatment under law for same-sex couples

We support the right of all families to have equal respect, responsibilities, and protections under the law. We support marriage equality and support the movement to secure equal treatment under law for same-sex couples. We also support the freedom of churches and religious entities to decide how to administer marriage as a religious sacrament without government interference.

We oppose discriminatory federal and state constitutional amendments and other attempts to deny equal protection of the laws to committed same-sex couples who seek the same respect and responsibilities as other married couples. We support the full repeal of the so-called Defense of Marriage Act and the passage of the Respect for Marriage Act.

Racial and religious profiling is wrong

Racial and religious profiling is wrong and we will work to stamp it out. Hate crimes desecrate sacred spaces and demean good people, and we support a strong national law to punish them.

Source: The Democratic Platform for America, p.36 , Jul 10, 2004

Keep marriage at state level; no federal gay marriage ban

We support full inclusion of gay and lesbian families in the life of our nation and seek equal responsibilities, benefits, and protections for these families. In our country, marriage has been defined at the state level for 200 years, and we believe it should continue to be defined there. We repudiate President Bush’s divisive effort to politicize the Constitution by pursuing a “Federal Marriage Amendment.” Our goal is to bring Americans together, not drive them apart.

Strengthen some parts of Patriot Act and change other parts

Guarding liberty. We must always remember that terrorists do not just target our lives; they target our way of life. And so we must be on constant guard not to sacrifice the freedom we are fighting to protect. We will strengthen some provisions of the Patriot Act, like the restrictions on money laundering. And we will change the portions of the Patriot Act that threaten individual rights, such as the library provisions, while still allowing government to take all needed steps to fight terror. Our government should never round up innocent people only because of their religion or ethnicity, and we should never stifle free expression. We believe in an America where freedom is what we fight for - not what we give up.

Support affirmative action to redress discrimination

Our commitment to civil rights is ironclad. We will restore vigorous federal enforcement of our civil rights laws for all our people, from fair housing to equal employment opportunity, from Title IX to the Americans with Disabilities Act. We support affirmative action to redress discrimination and to achieve the diversity from which all Americans benefit. We believe a day’s work is worth a day’s pay, and at a time when women still earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by men, we need stronger equal pay laws and stronger enforcement of them. We will enact the bipartisan legislation barring workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation. We are committed to equal treatment of all service members and believe all patriotic Americans should be allowed to serve our country without discrimination, persecution, or violence. We support the appointment of judges who will uphold our laws and constitutional rights, not their own narrow agendas.

Police should have zero tolerance of racial profiling

We need to end the unjust practice of racial profiling in America. It’s not only unfair, it is inconsistent with America’s community policing success, it is a violation of the basic American principle of innocent until proven guilty, it views Americans as members of groups instead of as individuals, and it is just plain shoddy policing.

Pass hate crime legislation including gays

The very purpose of hate crimes is to dehumanize and stigmatize. Every crime is a danger to Americans’ lives and liberty. Hate crimes are more than assaults on people, they are assaults on the very idea of America. They should be punished with extra force. Protections should include hate violence based on gender, disability or sexual orientation. And the Republican Congress should stop standing in the way of this pro-civil rights, anti-crime legislation.

Democrats lead fight for ERA and equal employment

We continue to lead the fight to end discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation. The Democratic Party has always supported the Equal Rights Amendment and will continue to do so, and we are committed to vigorously enforcing the Americans with Disabilities Act. We support continuation of the White House initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. We will continue to work toward a census that counts every American. We support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, to end workplace discrimination against gay men and lesbians. We support the full inclusion of gay and lesbian families in the life of the nation. We will fight for full funding of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other civil rights enforcement agencies.

Democratic Party on Civil Rights

Discouraging any eligible citizen from voting should be a felony! And anyone fomenting such unCOnstitutional activity should lose their right to vote.

Where did I say discourage anybody? After all, how can one rule fits all be discriminatory? Only a brainwashed lib believes that nonsense.
Do you really want to deny that you said this:

YOU said:
If we could create such a law, the Democrats would have a shit fit. They rely on people that only know to vote for anybody with a (D) next to their name and nothing more. And this is why they are so upset over Voter-ID. It has nothing to do with the competency of blacks, it has to do with discouraging people like the Obama Phone and Obama Money ladies from voting.

That last line is a "killer" ain't it? Encouraging people to vote is a good thing but discouraging them from voting borders on the infringement of their civil liberties.

There's nothing good about dumbasses voting. Democracy is a con, and the last thing this country needs is a bunch of gullible suckers making decisions for us.
Dumbasses are not the majority of any group, including republicans. But even the rights of dumbasses, like you, are covered by the Constitution.

I'm not the reason over 70% of Black children are born to unwed mothers. I'm not the reason 58% of young Black males are unemployed. I'm not the reason Blacks commit more murders than any other ethnic group. I'm not the reason more Blacks are incarcerated within our penal system than are any other ethnic group. No, you may not be the reason for all those things, BUT your lack of empathy and obvious racism toward fellow citizens, shows that you are an ill-bred, piece of dung.......If you are a real Native, you should know how your ancestors were treated and you'd have a better sense of humanity......Bottom line is this: Your a piece of hate-filled, scum bucket whoever you may be.

It's no skin off my ass if Blacks remain to be the most backward race in America. No. I don't blame the white man or any other folks for something that happened many years ago before I was born. Unlike you, I never play the victim card. You're just pissed because I don't blame others for my status in life. Suck it up. I have no sympathy for you.

i find this hysterical. Seems you're concerned. Are you saying he isn't allowed to try and get their votes? I mean, what is your point?

THE "POINT"??? If you can't see it, you're beyond help...So, go take a nap after your can of spinach for your constipation.

I never play the victim card. You're just pissed because I don't blame others for my status in life. Suck it up. I have no sympathy for you.

Whether you know it or not (probably not) you ARE a victim of your own soulless racism.Don't breed other morons.

What a moronic way for Trump to solicit support from blacks.....

Blacks MUST always remember not to trust this orange moron who actually FUNDED the birther movement insinuating that a half-black man could NOT legitimately be sitting in the oval office.

...and blacks MUST always remember that Trump called for the reinstatement of the death penalty in New York following a horrific rape case in which five black teenagers were wrongly convicted.

So, my fellow citizen who are black......would you "gamble" that Trump is your would-be "savior"???

Trump has a legit point. Blacks have been voting for the Democratic Party like preprogrammed drones for over 40 years now and what has it gotten them? They are the least educated race. They are the least wealthiest race. They commit more crimes percentage wise than any other race as well as having the highest rate of incarceration. They have the highest murder rate and the lowest life expectancy. They have the highest percentage of welfare recipients than any other race.

The leftists policies of victimization and division have done nothing but hurt black Americans ever since the Civil Rights movement, so Trump has a point. It's hard to imagine it could get any worse for them. This isn't to say, of course, the Republicans have done them any better favors. They have basically been writing off blacks as a lost cause instead of trying to bring them into the party and encourage a philosophy of individual liberty and self empowerment.

Ha, Obama has been a disaster for African Americans. They're in worse shape than they've been in years. African American Unemployment is shocking. So ya lost me right away when you started cheerleading all the supposed Obama 'Successes.'

Bottom line is, Democrats cannot fix the problems they themselves created. It is what it is. African Americans should try an alternative. They have nothing to lose. Why not Trump?

That last line is a "killer" ain't it? Encouraging people to vote is a good thing but discouraging them from voting borders on the infringement of their civil liberties.

it would only discourage them because of their laziness--not because it's discouraging in general. It wouldn't be discouraging to any citizen that actually cared about voting.

Getting a Voter-ID is not an infringement on anybody or anything providing that anybody can obtain one. One law for everybody (regardless of race, gender, religion) is the only fair way to do things.....well, if you're a conservative or Republican.
So you admit you lied. But even more shocking is your unabashed confession giving sordid details about the justification for violating another American's Constitutional rights. Because of laziness? That wasn't the verdict in North Carolina….

With this ruling, it's clear that Republicans are anti American racists who ignore the constitution.

Well, NO ONE can fix the scourge of racism on a message board......Just know that blacks will NOT be voting for Trump and know that the best....the very best reason why Hillary will be president for the next 8 years....is TRUMP.....
Live with it !!!

i find this hysterical. Seems you're concerned. Are you saying he isn't allowed to try and get their votes? I mean, what is your point?

THE "POINT"??? If you can't see it, you're beyond help...So, go take a nap after your can of spinach for your constipation.
so you have no point except to bitch that he's trying to recruit votes. good for him. BTW, are you busy playing with the play-doh he handed out?

What a moronic way for Trump to solicit support from blacks.....

Blacks MUST always remember not to trust this orange moron who actually FUNDED the birther movement insinuating that a half-black man could NOT legitimately be sitting in the oval office.

...and blacks MUST always remember that Trump called for the reinstatement of the death penalty in New York following a horrific rape case in which five black teenagers were wrongly convicted.

So, my fellow citizen who are black......would you "gamble" that Trump is your would-be "savior"???

Democrats haven't helped blacks, look at Detroit, Baltimore and Chicago, just three cities, we all could name dozens more.

What is to lose? Hillary is strictly for the 1%, she is going to offer crumbs.

I guess you missed the post about Atlanta .. and how about you explaining exactly what republicans have done to help urban cities .. particularly affected by loss of the auto industry and Reagan's abandonment of American cities.

How about you tell me what republicans have done, not what democrats haven't done .. particularly in light of the fact that republicans didn't do shit for Black people even when the majority of us was voting for them.

The Republican Party is the original and true Civil Rights Party. Just do some basic research and you'll find out what Republicans have done for African Americans.

The Democrats were still running around in their sheets lynching black folks when Republicans were fighting for African American Civil Rights. Democrats are just failed Johnny-Come-Latelys.

I'm more familiar with that ancient history than you are. That has absolutely nothing to do with what the Republican Party has become .. has nothing to do with what republicans have or have not done for black people today .. did or did not do for black people when we were voting for them.

Civil rights for African-Americans did not come until we started voting for democrats.

Your turn ..
Well for the record, black people started leaving the GOP after the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927

Great Mississippi Flood of 1927 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

More than 200,000 African Americans were displaced from their homes along the Lower Mississippi River and had to live for lengthy periods in relief camps. As a result of this disruption, many joined the Great Migration from the South to northern and midwestern industrial cities rather than return to rural agricultural labor. This massive population movement increased from World War II until 1970.

In addition these refugees being ill-supplied, many African-American men were impressed into service as relief workers to unload supply ships sent by the Red Cross, and were never paid.

Hoover was much lauded initially for his masterful handling of the refugee camps. Later reports about the poor treatment of blacks in those camps led him to make promises to the African-American community which he broke. As a result, he lost the black vote in the North in his re-election campaign in 1932. (Note: In the South, African Americans were still overwhelmingly disenfranchised by state constitutions and practices, as they remained until after passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.)

Several reports on the terrible situation in the refugee camps were kept out of the media at Hoover's request, with the pledge of further reforms for blacks after the presidential election on 1928. His failure to deliver followed other disappointments by the Republican Party; African Americans began to encourage other black Americans to align instead with the national Democrats.

And the GOP hasn't won the black vote back since. So Republicans, this is a history lesson for you stupid idiots. Blacks don't blindly vote for the Democrats. They once voted for you. And you lost their vote. Now good luck winning it back with the bullshit message you are pushing. So obviously entitled bigots and idiots.
