Murdoch may have to decide whether to disavow his earlier views expressed in emails, and claim he and his editors were just never clear about the matter.
Of course Murdoch may not appear in court at all and an agreement may be reached with Dominion ending the case as soon as tomorrow. Things are getting interesting.

Following their “great leader” Trump they united with the RNC to put a solid majority of corporate shills on the Supreme Court, they ended Roe vs. Wade and made abortion illegal in many states. They even had their mobs (carrying Trump and Confederate banners) battle police and invade the Capitol to try to stop the legitimate transfer of power!
