Trump Tells Court To Strike Down Entire Affordable Care Act

Trump and the administration repeatedly promised -- particularly leading up to the midterm election -- to protect people with less-than-perfect medical histories.

But this shift in the Justice Department's stance doubles down on stripping away all the protections that were a hallmark of the landmark heath reform law.

Everybody say goodbye to dotard.
This sure works for me. For those who don't like it, they can move their sorry asses to a socialist/autocratic shithole country somewhere and stay there.

He had an opportunity to do that with a Republican controlled Congress and they weaseled out of it

does the right wing merely want to repeal the "black guy's" policy?

Yes. That is the case.

ObamaCare is terrible and fucked things up even worse.

But you cannot just pretend the last 8 years never happened and reset things to how they were in 2010.

Why not?
Until 2010 everything was fine for 80-90% of us.

The problem is the v10%-20% are the sick ones

They aren't all sick and they have a better than 50% chance as the body has a great way of healing itself.
So they will get better, or they won't.

Obamacare has been sabotaged since day one. How about we put some effort into making it work instead of trying tow wreck it as part of an ego trip.

Cause guess what, no one is running around with a better plan.

Sometimes Timmy, there is no better solution. Sometimes, the former state of something, was better than the current state of something, and vice-versa.

If the objective was to cover more people for less money, then it is a failure, period. Not one person can make the case that objective was met. Just because nobody can seem to come up with a better plan, is no excuse for Americans to over pay for services that were cheaper before the Affordable Care Act implementation.

If not for John McCain this would already be a done deal.
john McCain, and a handful of other sane republicans, were the only ones, that actually kept their WORD.

It was suppose to be Repeal and Replace....

there was no REPLACE in the bill McCain voted down.

You are a fucking moron. My son is a Type 1 diabetic, his body will never heal itself, in fact his body is attacking itself and killing the process for producing insulin.

President Trump's idea is to institute tremendous healthcare which will provide high quality health care and save the people money. More for less.

John McCain rejected this a year or so ago, after making a sacred vow to the people to reform healthcare. McCain had a stick up his ass after Trump defended his people from McCain's attacks.

Now, its time to bring it back. And it will be up to the Democrats to get behind it too. Put the country first for once.

Obamacare was a disaster from day one when Republicans didn't have the power to do squat.

In typical bug government fashion millions of citizens immediately lost their plans, lost their Doctors, and instead of saving $2500 as promised they saw their plans get much crappier and cost much more.

yeah, that's another reason americans with an IQ loved McCain. you wouldn't understand, being a dumbass and all.

The Trump Administration removed the mandate...and now use that lack of a mandate as a "reason" to strike down the entire thing.

Where are all those Republican legislators who campaigned on supporting the protections of the ACA just a few months ago?

From what I've heard, it sounds like a tremendous plan. Personally, I think the idea of great health care and saving money could be very attractive to the people and could help Trump politically. I can see why McCain, consumed by his hatred for Trump said "no" to the idea.

Why not give it a try, if it doesn't work, the Democrats can run on fighting and repealing Fabulous Health Care.
