Even Trump supporters in Tuscaloosa aren't happy about the visit. Trump has no connections to either school.

The population of Tuscaloosa is around 100,000 people. Bryant Denny Stadium seats just over 101,000. So home games, especially big home games, essentially double the population of the city. Having the POTUS come in when traffic is already gridlocked for hours is insane.

He is the “President of the United States of America.” Alabama fans and LSU fans are super-patriots to our nation. God Bless Our President And God Bless those SEC States that he carried by double digits in 2016.

It isn't all Trump fans down south. And many who voted for him in 2016 may not in 2020.

When his visit was announced, it only took a few hours to crowd source the money to pay to have the Baby Trump balloon in Tuscaloosa. I don't like the tactic, but it shows there are enough who dislike Trump to make some noise.

If I were going to the game, I would be pissed that Trump messed up the tailgating and made the day more of a problem.

Show me where I criticized Trump. I did say it will make the game day much more difficult, and that is a fact. The UA is opening the stadium gates 2 hours earlier and they want everyone in the stadium earlier. So the tailgating, one of the great things about college football, is curtailed greatly. And the traffic will be a monster. Yeah, its always bad on game day. But Trump's arrival and departure will effectively double the hassles.

One of the things in Bama's favor is that LSU has had to prepare for 2 completely different styles of QB play. I think Tua will be the starter, but if not Mac can handle it. And Tailia is supposed to be even better than Tua.
