LOL. It's amazing how ignorant liberals are. Foreign aid to Mexico is a drop in the bucket compared to remittances (which Vicente Fox calls Mexico's top source of income) Stopping remittances$$$ just for one year, could take from Mexico $28 Billion (twice the cost of the wall)

This threat exists all the time, Mexico is well aware, and after the wall is built, and it's determined what the bill is, Mexico will pay that bill, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
