Explain to me how The Russians affected our election when Hillary Clinton won The Popular Vote, and the unsecured, widely publicized and known to The WORLD, State Department Server in a bathroom with classified information on it, was never even hacked.

Not one Email of Hillary Clinton's that existed on that server has ever been published.
