Trump files, jury sees classified files or Trump wins

Trump is not a "spy", nor did he "sell" anything to a foreign country. You are confusing him with Joe Biden, who actually did accept money from Russia, China, and Ukraine in return for political influence. Furthermore, President Trump had the ability to declassify documents, while as VP, Biden did not.

It's called "equal justice."

Does not matter, in the trail of Ames the jury did not get to see the classified material that the Govt accused him of giving to the USSR. Does that mean he should have been allowed to walk free?

Or is there a different standard you want for Trump since he is your god?

Why would a jury walking a trail need or get the opportunity to see any sort of documents?

So we're back to Trump and Russia Russia Russia again?
Un fucking believable.

Was this the same standard in the trial of Aldrich Ames? Did his jury get to see every document he was accused of giving to Russia?

Should it have been a requirement?

Aldrich Ames was known by the CIA to be a Russian agent for nearly a decade before his arrest. Trump is not, which are extenuating circumstances. Furthermore, it is up to the DOJ to prove that Trump did not declassify those documents, so the preponderance of innocence is on Trump's side, seeing how he was the POTUS and did have the authority to declassify those documents. That's the way law works: A defendant does not have to prove their innocence, the prosecution has to prove their guilt.

So, you do want a different standard for Trump.

At least you are open about it.

classified or declassified is not an issue, Trump is allowed to have classified documents

This is a real win win for Trump. Because the classified documents Trump had were the ones that proved Obama's and Hillary's dirty deeds, toward him and others. So now it's either, close the case or learn the truth. :113:
How the hell does that makes sense? So, Trump found all these classified documents proving Obama and Hillary did dirty deeds and, even though he could declassify any documents he wanted, simply by thinking about declassifying them, these documents he failed to declassify and instead stored them in some bathroom or on some stage at Maralago. I guess for souvenirs.

Get flippin damn real. If Trump had such documents he would probably had them printed by the Government and mailed them out, multiple times, to anyone and everyone.

For all prectical purposes, those documents Trump had were not classified, nor can you or anyone else prove otherwise.

I am not so sure. What are the known facts....

they were classified at one time....this is not in dispute

They all still had markings on them that IDed them as classified....this is not in dispute

The dispute is over if they were still classified or not. Seems the one claiming they were not would need to prove that. I can promise you that if you were found with documents marked as classified in your home, it would be up to you to prove they are not classified.

The governement can prove they were classified. Then it will be on FPOTUS#45 to prove they he declassified them prior to noon on January 20, 2021.

Such claims and testimony (data, times, location, conditions, documents, and testimony) will then be subject to rebuttal by the prosecution to impeach the claim. Then it will be up to the Jury to weigh who is telling the truth.

Of course, silly. Because I and VP Joe Biden, unlike President Trump, never had the authority to declassify government documents.

If they were declassified, why was Trump trying to hide them from the government?
