Trump campaign aids now singing like canaries over Russian scandal.

After Flynn & Sessions: Trump campaign aids are coming forward admitting their contact with Russian Ambassador, Comrade Sergey Kislyak. In fact these contacts are so numerous, I am surprised that Trump just didn't make Comrade Kislyak his campaign manager.

"President Donald Trump's senior aide Jared Kushner and ousted adviser Michael Flynn met with the Russian ambassador to the United States at a time when the Trump administration's relationship with the Russians was under close scrutiny.

Kushner and Flynn sat down in December at Trump Tower with Sergey Kislyak, according to a senior administration official, who described it as an "introductory meeting" and "kind of an inconsequential hello."

Who is Sergey Kislyak, the Russian ambassador to the United States?
Flynn was fired from his role as a national security adviser after he misled the administration about his conversations with Kislyak, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Thursday said he would recuse himself from investigations into the Trump campaign relationship with Russia after news emerged that he too had spoken privately with the ambassador. Kushner's involvement in a meeting was first reported by The New Yorker, and Flynn's by The New York Times.

The administration official disputed the idea that accepting a meeting with the Russian ambassador could be cause for concern in light of the discussion about Russian meddling in the US election, characterizing the meeting as merely an attempt to meet key international players during the transition to power.

Another national security adviser to the Trump campaign, J.D. Gordon, also disclosed Thursday that he had met with Kislyak, this time during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland in July. That meeting was first reported by USA Today.

Gordon told CNN that along with national security advisers Carter Page and Walid Phares, Gordon stressed to the Russian envoy that he would like to improve relations with Russia."This is not any different than anything I said publicly and on panels," Gordon said.

Gordon had advocated for language in the GOP platform that the Ukrainians not be armed in their battle against pro-Russian separatists, an effort was ultimately successful. But Gordon says he was simply advocating what Trump himself had expressed -- that he did not wish to see major war break out over the situation in Ukraine.

(So here he is trying to Usurp the AUTHORITY OF current administration long before they even won the FUCKING ELECTION.) This is nothing but a pile of BULLSHIT. that Gordon is desperately trying to cover up.

They were in collusion with a foreign adversary to interfere into an American election. Now we've got one little birdy chirping and fairly quickly they're all going to be singing like canaries. Treason is a Yuuuuge charge, and they're not going to go down without pointing blame where it belongs right at Comrade Trump.

In a statement to CNN, Page said he would not comment on any meetings and added that he "never did anything improper" with regard to Russia.

Page did confirm that he met with Kislyak in Cleveland, however, in an interview with MSNBC's Chris Hayes on Thursday night.

"I do not deny that," Page said.

Now let's get to the phone calls.

This is going to bring this administration down, and it's going to take the entire Republican party with it.

Now, if only speaking to a Russian was illegal....you might have a point.

Flynn, Carter and Manafort were fired for "speaking" with russians. That wasn't illegal either. Why is illegal the only bar you seek to clear?

Flynn was fired because he lied to the VP. He's a Democrat and Trump should had never had trusted him.

it is fascinating to see the dots align and point to Obama and democrats colluding with the russiansmto overthrow Trump and our .gov.....

Yes...they are trying to get Trump....just like the 16 other Republicans did....okay, they are Republicans so getting past them wasn't exactly the toughest thing Trump has ever done......but Trump took out the clinton machine, which had complete control over the press, hollywood, and washington....and he also defeated obama, the sitting President....

Now Trump has something he didn't have before......he has people who can put a leash on the democrats in the government bureaucracy...the very bureaucracy the democrats used against him during the election....

And they are more than likely starting to piss Trump off....and as he told everyone...he is a counter puncher....he doesn't hit first, but when he hits back he punches to put you down.....

Trump is a business man, a guy you can make deals with.....and if the democrats had been smart, they would have tried to make deals with him....he has no ideological dog in the fight....until now. Now they have attacked his family, they are attacking his people....and they are attacking him with the intention of not just beating his agenda...but with destroying him.......

So...they wanted this fight, they are going to get this fight....and he ain't no mitt romney....

They have been warned....

So freaking what? Jared and Flynn did nothing wrong. Neither did Page. La La Land takes on a whole new meaning with left wing loons.

That's why their asses lied about it and are fired. Be cause they did nothing wrong.

I don't give a rats ass, if they are fired or not, there is definitely going to be an investigation, and they will be under sworn testimony. Collusion with a foreign adversary to interfere into a National Election is TREASON. If they're found guilty of TREASON they will spend the rest of their lives in PRISON.

Yes....when hilary took the 140 million dollars and her rapist husband took 500,000 dollars to speak to russian companies controlled by putin....you can bet that her collusion as Secretary of State with the Russians will come out....now that they are lying about Trump he has no reason to pull the dogs off of the investigation into the clinton foundation and it's ties to foriegn countries and the former Secretary of State........

Manafort wasn't fired for speaking to the Russians asswipe....and as the New York Times stated there isn't anything linking Manafort to the Russians other than he worked all around the world...they stated that in the article they keep running over and over again as they imply things that just didn't happen....

Keep pushing this assholes.........Trump is not a regular, wimp republican.....he is a fighter ......and you guys are trying to destroy him.....and he is going to return the favor in ways you won't believe...

You were warned...you could have made deals with him......but you assholes don't make deals...you get your way or you destroy ...that is how you roll....and this time you are doing it to the wrong fucking President...

This isn't going away. It's going to be devastating to the party. Trump administration has stated 5 times that none of their campaign surrogates had contact with the Russians during the campaign season, that was LIE, and it's been one lie after another ever since.

"It's worth noting that their reporting includes significant caveats. Most importantly, it's not clear these discussions involved the campaign. The Times says the contacts were with “Russian intelligence officials,” while CNN says it was with “Russian nationals known to U.S. intelligence.” And, as the Times notes, “it is not unusual for American businessmen to come in contact with foreign intelligence officials, sometimes unwittingly, in countries like Russia and Ukraine, where the spy services are deeply embedded in society.”

So basically, conclusions that this proves collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government are premature. That claim is based on the preponderance of evidence rather than any real, conclusive — and even anonymously sourced — reporting."

These scandals all start with a lie. Trump officials 5 times stating that their campaign surrogates had no contact with Russian officials during the campaign season. That's a lie. Then Flynn lied, and he also lied to the FBI about his contact with Russians, now it's Sessions.
Flynn reportedly lied to FBI about sanctions talk with Russian envoy

I doubt you remember Watergate, or possibly weren't around for that one--but this is how they all start. Only this one would be a 1000 times worse than Watergate (which was a simple break-in of one DNC office) as this involves a Foreign adversary hacking into our democracy.

I know Reich are just loving this full house of Republicans, but that's not going to last. Democrats will take over in 2018, and they will obtain Trump's income tax returns, and they're going to raise holy hell about this.

I know that--but there is no rational explanation for campaign aids to be meeting with Foreign adversary's in the middle of a campaign when the party involved hasn't won the fucking election. It's like you walking into an office to rearrange the furniture, put your name plac and family pictures on the desk, before you're hired. They can't talk policy because they are usurping the authority of the current administration which is why Flynn got fired.

And I am certain they weren't trading recipes. Not only these meetings but they have phone records that show they were in continual contact with the Russians during the campaign season, including Russian Intelligence, not just the Ambassador. All the same time the Russians were hacking into DNC databases, and it's been one lie after another coming out of Trump and company ever since.
