Obama won both the Electoral vote and the popular vote. His margin of victory in the Electoral College vote was far greater than Trump's in 2016. So, what was he whining about?

Now why would I allow those voters in California, New York, and Michigan, to decide what’s best for the rest of the country through a majority vote? You want to talk dishonest? What about standing up against a Federal Law, so you can allow states like California to be filled with illegals to try and sway representation in Congress? Why else would they call a census question regarding citizenship, that has been perfectly fine under President Clinton, to suddenly be viewed as racist.
