What stopped Arbery from jogging was the imminent need to defend his own life from the menace coming after him with a shotgun. What stopped arbery from keepYou're not as your question is irrelevant as there's no obligation on Arbery to stop or not. That's entirely his choice. It's because yelling at Arbery to stop failed that compelled Travis to get out of his truck to try and stop him. Which he did at gunpoint, a felonious aggravated assault.I asked you a question, answer mine and I’ll answer yours or are you chickenWhat did he do wrong? But we know he was hauling ass because he did something wrong, actions have consequences.. the gun is a tool.. the command to stop could have been ignored .. am I right? If someone pulls a gun on someone for no good reason, especially after being chased for 4 minutes and being struck by one of the cars sandwiching them in, the person having a gun pulled on them has a reasonable fear for their own safety. If your scared of a gun then that’s a personal problem. We have a born right to BEAR ARMS! Do not conflate the twoLOLHolding a tool for protection has nothing to do with them simply asking him to stop, they jury will be made aware of the law, and our god given rights to bear arms.. stop conflating the verbal command to just stop wait for the cops if you did nothing wrong. HeheLOLOLAnd again retard where did you see an attempted ARREST!? They followed him for 4 minutes, asked HIM TO STOP! Pulled over asked him to stop while on the PHONE WITH THE COPS! At no time did they attempt to apprehend him, asking him to stop is not an arrest. The father was in the back of the truck, if they were going to stop him they would have black the entire road and held him.. you retardot. You do t have evidence he didn’t
First of all, don't you morons know how to truncate quotes so that you are only quoting the person you're responding to rather than every single fucking post has 50 nested quotes? it isn't difficult , well unless you're an idiot, so perhaps it is beyond you to do so.
Second of all, I've posted the Georgia law THREE fucking times now , it is QUITE clear, to affect a citizen's arrest in Georgia you MUST have first hand knowledge that a felony has been committed. In other words you fucking retarded "he may have taken some things" isnt' good enough, you'd have to KNOW he stole some things, and you would have to know he stole enough to rise to a felony.
Here's the Georgia burglary law
Entering a home is only burglary IF the person intended commit theft. If you lived in Georgia and walked into your singlewide and looked around and left ,that isn't burglary. it's trespassing, a MISDEMEANOR.
So yeah , under Georgia law the onus was on the rednecks to know the difference between trespassing and BURGLARY before they stupidly decided to make a citizen's arrest.
Fruitcake, they "asked" him to stop at gun point. That's an attempted detainment until police arrive -- which is the very definition of a citizens arrest.
Your own posts condemn them as you twist yourself into knots trying to show Arbery stole something from that property, though you have no evidence... to trying desperately to deny they were attempting to enforce a citizens arrest.
Even based on your posts, they're fucked.
That "tool" was a loaded shotgun which was brandished to scare Arbery into stopping.
Jogging? Someone’s bill of rights? Was arbery uneducated to our constitutional rights? If a lack of education is at fault that’s so sad lol
