The Washington Post debunked most of Biden's story, writing that the time period, location, heroic act, type of medal, military branch, and recipient's rank were incorrect. Biden’s response was to say that all the embellishment, the misinformation, and errors in his story were / are not important and he should not be rebuked for telling such a false story because the details Augment the point he is trying to get across. Lying is ok if it makes the story better and does not change the outcome. Got it!
