A top Obama EPA official discussed the Obama Administration’s plan to destroy the coal industry at a recent Yale University gathering of environmentalists.

EPA Region 1 Administrator Curt Spalding told the Yale University gathering, “Lisa Jackson has put forth a very powerful message to the country,” that “if you want to build a coal plant you got a big problem.” Spalding went on to explain that the decision was “painful” because “you got to remember if you go to West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and all those places, you have coal communities who depend on coal. And to say that we just think those communities should just go away, we can’t do that. But she had to do what the law and policy suggested. And it’s painful. It’s painful every step of the way.”

This is the second video in a series revealing the truth about the Obama-EPA’s extreme agenda to kill fossil fuels.

Obama promised to bankrupt the coal industry long ago. That will kill a lot of jobs and a lot of communities where coal is THE industry for miles around.

Obama is our worst enemy!

In the interest of accuracy, it must be pointed out the EPA guy was saying that "gas plants are the performance standard" and that coal plants do not meet that standard.

So he obviously favors gas plants over coal plants for energy production.

And the last I heard, natural gas is a fossil fuel. So to say there is some "extreme agenda to kill fossil fuels" is a lie.

I think that the Romney campaign would do well to use that clip in an ad in some of the coal states.

Destroying the coal industry is an extreme agenda. "The Performance Standard" is simply an Obama scam to abolish coal. Only congenital suckers fall for such transparent rhetoric.

Never Happened, You must have Faked that Video.

Really it Scares me how Blind and Ignorant Americans Really Are. Blind because this has been no Secret since Before 08, and Ignorant because they do not Understand what a Destroyed Coal Industry would mean to their own Pocket Books.

Then Again these Same Sheep think Plugging their Car into an Electric Grid Fueled By Fossil Fuels instead of Using Fossil Fuels, is some Great Green Step. The Same People who then Oppose Every Attempt to Build a New Nuclear Plant, or a New Dam, Because of Irrational Fears, or the Protection of Wild Life. When By doing so they Encourage even more use of Fossil Fuels they say are Destroying the Earth.

I mean when you really start thinking about how these people think, It hurts.

lol

"Coal producers have been hit by a triple whammy of rising wage, equipment and fuel bills plus new taxes, growing coal exports from the United States, and softer demand in China for thermal coal in power plants and coking coal in steel mills."

:eusa_whistle:

This all a lot of fart-and-giggle.

Obama is too wussy, to legalize pot, grow hemp and switchgrass as biomass, and re-green, which some actual leader will really have to do.

Obama likes to prosecute under the Espionage Act, more than all previous presidents, combined. He is a piece of crap, a coal-chute baby, trying to get pubs to vote for him. But you pubs ain't buying.

Awwww. :woohoo:

Here's the top shit bag himself admitting he's going to bankrupt the coal industry... fucking anti American commie trash...

Some like Nancy Pelosi let it out that what they consider to be "Natural Gas" is Ethanol.

What they mean is bio-fuels.

Obama himself said the emphasis during his administration would be is renewable energy sources. Solar, wind, and bio-fuels. Fossil-fuels are the enemy to them. Any kind, even natural gas.

Even though technically? crude IS a biofuel and natural to the Earth.:eusa_shhh:
