We've got to redirect our focus. We're not talking about federalism anymore, and we really need to be. We're kicking ass in the States. And that's where we need to put our focus. The dipsticks in Washington have learned to ignore us... "the chattering class". But you shut down the switchboard at your state house and they HEAR you.
