No it isn't. SCOTUS is correctly ruling that law MUST be made by the legislatures of the federal government and the "several states"' not by unelected judges. That's what our constitution says. If any or all state legislatures say abortion right up to delivery is legal, it is, that's the way the system is designed to work. Same thing with environmental laws, unelected bureaucrats can't legally make laws, the legislatures have to do that.

Somehow, they are blinded to the fact that Democrats/Progressives/Liberals what there to be an unelected king that tells everyone what to do.....and the EPA is that sort of king.
