So this kid walks into school with a shirt saying, "There are only two genders".

They sent him home

So he came in again with the same shirt, again, they sent him home

Now the parents are suing the George Soros school for violating his free speech.

This is one way to keep up with the Joe Biden inflation, and I encourage all of you to find Leftists to sue like they have done to Trump

The GOP certainly won't fight Leftist, so it is up to the average citizen.

He's apparently violating the dress code. He should have been sent home.

So if a teacher was arrested for DWI at the school, a student should be able to wear a shirt saying the teacher is a drunk?
is that what he did and is the teacher a drunk??

that comment is directed at a singular person,,

saying there are only two genders doesnt,, its just a statement of fact,,

would a kid that had a shirt that says there are 176 genders or what ever the number currently is get kicked out?? no they wouldnt

No, that comment would violate the dress code....as did this student. Twice.

So they were sent packing.

To be fair, in order to determine if the dress code was violated we would need to know what is written in the dress code. If the dress code does not allow the shirt to be worn to school it is possible that a court would find the dress code to violate the student's constitutional right to free speech.

Most schools have a clause about inflammatory speech. Thanks to the GOP's newest hate offensive, this has become inflammatory speech.

I'm a little torn on this, the kid has a constitutional right to freedom of speech and the school has a dress code.

I think the Constitution overrides a dress code, that said....an entire can of worms could be opened up
