is expanding the Elector College system by district to
accommodate a mixed panel of party members. So each party
does have reps to redress grievances and ethics violations AT ALL TIMES.
This should be a constant service and public access, NOT depend on getting certain parties elected before having equal representation on govt issues.

It's just an excuse for dummies. In reality without a voter ID Dems can help themselves to win using carousels, making illegals and dead people vote for "correct candidates". With required voter's ID Dems may never win again.

Voting by absentee is their solution to that.
All they have to do is establish residency in a bunch of states that only vote through the mail, Blue States coincidentally, and they can still win.
