The 9th Circuit Court ruled that terrorists can come in.

I am not certain if President Trump blew it because his lawyers were ill-prepared in the 9th Circuit Court, or if Obama’s double agents deliberately took a dive. In addition to yesterday’s panel on Special Report, everybody in Punditville agrees that the Administration went to court armed with a pea-shooter instead of a Howitzer.

Move the cursor to 6:55 and listen to Laura Ingraham. She poses the question: Do foreigners living in a foreign country have a constitutional Right to come into the United States? Thankfully, Laura says “NO”, but the fact remains: Somewhere along the way the United Nations acquired the authority to dictate our immigration policies.

    More importantly:

The United Nations invented economic refugees after they began dictating this country’s immigration policies; open-borders, etc.

NOTE: This treason was underway in the Obama Administration:

The United States is entrusting the staff of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) with the entire selection and pre-screening process of Syrian refugees eligible for resettlement in the United States.

    XXXXX

The UNHCR is deciding not only who can move to the United States, it is also choosing who gets a chance to become American and who doesn’t. Given such high stakes, Americans should be encouraged to question this opaque system.

I had some justification for saying treason. Sleeper cells were sent here by the United Nations with Obama’s full compliance:

The UN hates us. We are the enemy.

    XXXXX

Terrorist sleeper cells are located primarily in Virginia, New York, North Carolina, Michigan, Florida, California, and Canada. The “sleepers” are prepared to conduct terrorist attacks within the U.S., and nuclear material is available to them. “Prepared” in this instance indicates they have the necessary tools to carry out their attacks and are prepared to die, according to this publication.

Finally, call them sleeper cells for convenience, but in 2015 I called them a fifth column:

And you might think about the true reason the Chicago sewer rat is working with the United Nations to bring millions of Muslim “refugees” into this country. To me, it is obvious that his motive is to have a fifth column in place in the event of an all-out war against Islam.

    Breaking The Nuclear Monopoly

The things I said in 2015 are true today. More so in light of Judge James Robart’s winning in the 9th Circuit Court.

Question: Is President Trump willing to declare war on the United Nations and U.N.-loving American traitors? The rest of us will hear the answer when the Supreme Court upholds the 9th Circuit.

    UPDATE
Why do so many federal judges rule against the Constitution and the American people?

A federal judge in Virginia has dealt another blow to President Trump’s travel ban by issuing a preliminary injunction to halt its enforcement within the state.

But U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema’s ruling – that it likely violates First Amendment protections of the freedom of religion, according to the Hill – is a stunner.

It would mean the judge believes Trump’s executive order discriminates against Muslims and that foreigners have constitutional rights.

Travel-ban judge: Foreigners have constitutional rights

Frankly, it is time to replace federal courts with state courts and state judges interpreting the Constitution. Imagine 9 judges on the Supreme Court loyal to the country instead of loyal to a sick political philosophy. Just to be fair, continue to pay the salaries of all of those displaced federal judges when they become priests in the religion of their choice.

    Article III
    Section 1
    .

The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.

    Section 2.

The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;--to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;--to controversies between two or more states;--between a state and citizens of another state;--between citizens of different states;--between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.

In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a state shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.

The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury; and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed.

As an added bonus, give treason to state judges. That will put the fear of God in the rest of those bums in the federal government; most especially U.S. Senators:

    Section 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

There is no power above them [the Courts] to control any of their decisions. There is no authority that can remove them, and they cannot be controlled by the laws of the legislature. In short, they are independent of the people, of the legislature, and of every power under heaven. Men placed in this situation will generally soon feel themselves independent of heaven itself. Robert Yates

    XXXXX

You seem to consider the judges the ultimate arbiter of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our Judges and their power are the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and are not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. When the legislative or executive functionaries act unconstitutionally, they are responsible to the people in their elective capacity. The exemption of judges from that is quite dangerous. Thomas Jefferson

    XXXXX

Scarcely any political question arises in the United States that is not resolved, sooner or later, into a judicial question.

The President, who exercises a limited power, may err without causing great mischief in the state. Congress may decide amiss without destroying the union, because the electoral body may cause it to retract its decision. But if the Supreme Court is ever composed of imprudent or bad men, the Union may be plunged into anarchy or civil war. Alexis De Tocqueville

Articles: President Trump and the Runaway Judiciary: The Founders Have Provided the Remedy

Democrats found Oklahoma judge Aletia Haynes Timmons. I have to ask if McConnell would have stood up to a federal judge?

Mr. Pruitt, Oklahoma’s attorney general, was ordered by an Oklahoma judge late Thursday to turn over nearly 3,000 emails related to his communications with the oil and gas sector. The nominee has until Tuesday to turn over those documents, which Democrats argue will show that Mr. Pruitt is in the pocket of the fossil fuel industry and is unfit to lead the EPA.

    XXXXX

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s office said Thursday night the final vote on Mr. Pruitt will go ahead Friday afternoon as scheduled, despite the Oklahoma judge’s ruling.
