“We need an immediate humanitarian ceasefire. It’s been 30 days. Enough is enough. This must stop now.
An entire population is besieged and under attack, denied access to the essentials for survival, bombed in their homes, shelters, hospitals and places of worship. This is unacceptable.

“More than 100 attacks against health care have been reported.

“Scores of aid workers have been killed since October 7 including 88 UNRWA colleagues – the highest number of United Nations fatalities ever recorded in a single conflict.

“More aid – food, water, medicine and of course fuel – must enter Gaza safely, swiftly and at the scale needed, and must reach people in need, especially women and children, wherever they are."

The signatories include:

Notice that not one Muzzie lover called for the release of all the hostages, and a cease fire from the Camel Jockeys. Bomb Hamas into oblivion, and if their voters go with them, so be it.

Sure, AFTER Hamas is eradicated, then we can talk about a cease fire.

18? ... all the 100's and 100's of other NGOs see the need to destroy Hamas ...

Syria, Jordon and Egypt are NOT invading Israel at this time ... that's a BIG difference to times past ... Hamas will not honor any cease fire ... so why ask? ...

The rocket and other attacks on Israel, mainly aimed at civilian targets, have gone on for decades, and have continued throughout the current conflagration.

I have not seen any articles suggesting that Hamas, Hezbollah, the PLO, etc., pause their activities, to see how Israel responds. It would have to be announced in advance, of course, but where are the pundits on this?

I suspect that Israel would respond in kind. But we'll never know, eh? The world wants Israel to take the first step, even knowing that it will produce no good result.

Completely irrelevant.

The UN needs to back off, they have failed repeatedly in this by backing hamas over and over again

Israel needs to simply whip Hamas off the planet

More journalists have reportedly been killed over a four-week period than in any conflict in at least three decades. More United Nations aid workers have been killed than in any comparable period in the history of our organisation.”

Maybe the reporters and UN folks should get the heck away from Hamas.

Maybe Hamas and Iran need to consider the possibility of unconditional surrender? Their failure to capitulate is costing lives.
