If the meeting is deemed unlawful, and a Dem Senator shows up, can they revert to the original form of the Bill and call the vote?
This is a technicality that must be decided by a Judge, but the outcome is the same. Collective bargaining is dead in WI until 2012 at least, and Walker may face recall mid 2011.
The immediate situation doesn't change one iota.
