11 years ago, Mr. Acosta agreed to a plea deal- it was the judge who gave him a slap on the wrist.
The evidence in the case made an actual conviction iffy, Epstein was BFF with the Clinton Crime Family and the case was in a liberal jurisdiction. Better to get some justice, than none.
