If it’s criminal to knowingly possess a tomato, and a public persecutor charges you with criminal possession of a tomato for knowingly possessing a tomato, then it makes a very big difference if all that persecutor demonstrated by “evidence” before a grand jury is that you had possession of big ripe red apples.

If there was no evidence of crime(s) being committed the prosecutor in this or any case would not have gone to a grand jury seeking an indictment. That's what Jack Smith & Fani Willis did. And the indictments would have didmissed by a judge. They have not & they won't be.
