and you forget the multipler effects of taking the money
out of the private hands of the economy and the future
negative effects of servicing the debt

Of course, the transactions costs of the gov't taking the money
and possible market inefficiencies and distortions caused by gov't
spending have not been accounted by you as well

Yeah, drawing jobs from other states worked great for TX. And how could Perry apply that strategy if he were POTUS? Shifting jobs from state to state won't work too well when you're supposed to represent the entire nation. And anyway, about those stimulus dollars and TX. I know you don't want to talk about it, but without those stimulus dollars, TX wouldn't be in the shape that it's in. So, I guess the stimulus was a pretty good deal for TX, huh?
