It's nothing more than a variation on the wrongheaded libertarian theme, as well as the wrongheaded TPM theme, which is essentially the wrongheaded extreme right in the GOP.

And it will always exist in some manner as long as there exists the reactionary fear, ignorance, and stupidity of the extreme right.
