• The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples A/RES/61/295, is not law. But even if it was law, it does not really define the term "Indigenous Peoples." Further, the Declaration says that: "indigenous peoples" are equal to all other peoples. This is KEY! It says "equal to all other peoples." NOT less than and not greater than.

Being classed as "indigenous" does NOT grant any special advantage over any other peoples. That would include the Israelis. End of Story.

How does that change the fact that most Western (if not all) countries have special directives to renounce citizenship of persons whom they deem as dangerous and hostile to their society?
