If they're claiming the Russians hacked the DNC and attempted to influence the election, that has some evidence supporting it. If they are claiming the did it to swing it in Trump's favor, that too has some evidence. Nothing is certain, but only the first claim is really conspiracy theory.

Trump's claims were based on the reality of democrat ballot-rigging since the 1960 election where Nixon votes were thrown in the Chicago River, giving Kennedy Illinois and the White House. Bill Richardson had hundreds of Bush votes tossed out to give Kerry NM in 2004. Al Franken was whipped in Minnesota until a couple thousand votes mysteriously appeared in his favor...found in the trunk of an abandoned car. Trump fired a shot over their bow.....cheat and you'll be discovered....brilliant tactic...they didn't dare this time. And BTW, there was no "hack" by the Russians or anybody else. Assange said very clearly, once again, it was a LEAK in the DNC which resulted in the murder of a young man named Seth Rich. The NYTimes story is a fantasy, claiming the RNC was also hacked, which the FBI has stated very clearly never happened. Trump will be president. We got through 8 ruinous years of Obama and your side will somehow survive the Trump era.
