the gospel of Jesus Christ

Hunter, the word covenant in that text, does not refer to a binding contract of 2 equal parties with specific obligations, agreed to by both parties. It refers to a disposition of property, Israel, and is a single person obligation. Israel will exist forever. It doesn't refer to the Law, which God replaced with the covenant of grace, through Christ.

The gospel, or good news, was that this seed was given to mankind.

According to the Bible, the concept of the good news is Jesus had come to save believers since at that point Yahweh had cut off the twelve tribes of Israel as punishment for their constant screw ups. Ten tribes were lost and Judah and Benjamin were still in Palestine, harassing Jesus, Yahweh's son, who was Yahweh. :cuckoo:

his son who was him? why do people always insist upon stating the ideas of the message in ways that mock and ridicle it, supposedly bringing out inherent contradictions, but it never occurs to them that in changing the words they are not reflecting an inherent contradiction but rather hing shades of meaning and nuances that explain or make different the issues created by screwing with the wording?

If I re-stated atheist ideas in that way I would never hear the end of it.

Have you heard the good news of Jesus Christ? Almost everyone has heard something about Joshua's visit to the planet, 2000 years ago, but almost no one understands what the good news is.

In a word... it is reproduction. God's reproduction.

Jesus was the product of God's seed or germ placed inside mankind. This germination reproduces the holy spirit inside of everyone who receives it.

John the baptist never received it. Old testament prophets were anointed with power, clothed with the holy spirit resting upon them. This provides the dynamo, or ability to perform the works of the spirit. When Jesus said he was doing the works of the Father, it was through the clothing of the spirit that rested upon him at John's baptism. It is the clothing of the spirit that performs the ministry we are called unto. This is the gift of God, and all the gifts of the holy spirit; in a word; works.

But the more important aspect of the holy spirit is the germination or seed of Christ. There is only one seed. Everyone that receives it, receives the same seed that was placed inside Mary. This seed brings forth a new life, a divine life, with a divine nature; these are the fruits of the spirit that mature over time. Kindness, longsuffering, patience, love, joy, peace, and a multitude of multifaceted points of light springing up inside us all come from this same seed. This is Christ in us, the hope of glory. The glory is God's own nature reproduced inside us; and where God's nature is, there you find his ruling, and where a king rules is his domain, his kingdom... that's why the kingdom of God is inside you.

The gospel, or good news, was that this seed was given to mankind. It was promised in Jeremiah (I will place my law inside their hearts and I will remove their stony heart and give them a heart of flesh - Paul called this circumcision of the heart) and delivered in Galilee of the nations; it tabernacled inside Jesus, and was made known through his exceptional grace; this was the grace that went out of him; the divine nature. This is the river of living water that springs up inside us. This is what brings forth new life, the spirit we must receive to enter the kingdom, the reason we must be born again; and everyone who receives this spirit receives of his grace, and grace for grace, because the law was given by Moses but grace and truth came through Jesus of Nazareth.

So what is the gospel of Jesus Christ? What is the good news? It is the entrance into God's divine nature through being born again of the seed of Christ. In a word, the good news is just that; go tell it on the mountain, that the seed of Christ has been delivered and whomsoever will, can receive God's salvation for mankind. And how do we receive that salvation? By receiving the spirit of the Lord; which is the germination of the divine nature inside us. By means of the seed growing inside us and the gifts resting upon us, from within and without, we are being transformed into his image and likeness, from glory to glory, by the two aspects of the holy spirit.

I was raised up an atheist by my parents. My father believed that children accept whatever they are taught and if you raised a child an atheist, God would not exist for that child. My father was blind to the holy spirit's presence among mankind. He didn't perceive the grace or the works of the spirit. If you asked my father what the gospel was; he would say it was Jesus birth. He never saw anything of God's reproduction in mankind, he really didn't know what the gospel truly was... he never connected anything from the scripture to his life, or saw any opportunity for him in the scriptures. He was a faithless man, unconnected to heaven, not born again, unbelieving, unholy, with only the carnal nature of man to show for his time spent on earth. And that is man's condition apart from God's salvation. Salvation is not something that happens when we die. Salvation is the process of regeneration that happens when we receive the germination of God's holy spirit inside us. You don't go to heaven when you die unless you have already entered heaven through rebirth. That rebirth, available through the name of Jesus, received through calling on his name, planted inside us and growing up to God, reproducing God's holy nature in us, is the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Salvation is B S but I think that we are on the same basic page otherwise.

Have you heard of this gent who would basically agree with both of us except for the odd detail.

The gospel of Jesus Christ or the Good News, is rather simple if people would just read their Bibles.

Adam lost everlasting life for not only himself but for all of us. Jesus gave it back to us.

We live in an imperfect world but we have the hope of everlasting life because Jesus gave us that hope.

Some think that all one has to do is accept Christ but that's something they should really ponder. Adam didn't lose his life because he didn't accept Jesus, he lost it because through his actions he rejected God.

The gospel Of Jesus Christ or the Good News, is the fact that he gave his life so that we could live in a paradise on earth. Adam was given the same hope but chose to do what he wanted to do. Jesus did not follow that path while he was here. He chose to do God's will.

God's intent has aways been, that mankind will live on earth forever. Before that can happen though, he is going to cleanse the earth of all bad.

We just have to decide if we want to do our will or God's.

speck, that's a good post.
A couple of things though, Adam didn't lose eternal life and neither have we. Adam didn't reject God, he sinned. And God didn't reject Adam because he sinned. He covered Adam's sin with the blood of an animal and continued to protect him and his family, even though they had to endure the repercussions of their actions.

And all we have to do is accept Christ gift of salvation. It is that easy. It was an exchange. Christ became us on the cross, we became Christ in God's eyes.

Adam didn't have the opportunity to accept the salvation of the cross, so God cared for him and his family. He died at age 930. And is in Heaven today.

Christ came to remove the sin of the world, not turn it into paradise. He will do that, after we nearly destroy it in the up coming war, but that wasn't his mission.
His goal was soul not real estate. :)

Because of Adam, we all became sinners. I haven't read where Adam went to heaven. If you have the scripture, I would really like to read it.

I don't know anything about an upcoming war by man, that will nearly destroy the world.

Salvation doesn't belong to the lying flesh that exists in this world.

Only "Christ" survives forever.

Who planted "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil" and the "tree of life" in the garden of Adam?

What is "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil"?

If you can't answer this, then you're a deceived sinner who's under the "Old Covenant" that all sinners are under.

God planted the trees.

"the tree of the knowledge of good and evil"? That's the tree God warned them, not to eat from. :)

If you want to blame God for their disobedience, you're no different than Adam when he tried to pin the blame on Eve.

Instead of blaming God as the Creator of all things, Adam blamed Eve and Eve blamed the serpent, which is nothing but a delusion. There is no "boogie man" in the woods but as long as you believe there is, you will be deceived of the Truth.

If you believe in the false religious lie called "hell", then I can understand where your fears come from.

There's no such thing as a place called "hell". Nowhere in the prophecies does it mention that God's created people will suffer in a burning hell.

The prophecies do show that all flesh of man shall perish during this first age so their spirit can be freed from them. Then we'll get new flesh to live forever without any fears at all.

God's created delusion ( Lucifer and the beast ) really deceived you, didn't it?

You believe in God but not his words? He didn't cause Satan or Adam to sin.

Yes he did. He planned it all before even creating mankind.

It was God's plan from the beginning to have Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit. This can be demonstrated by the fact that the bible says that Jesus "was crucified from the foundations of the Earth," that is to say, God planned to crucify Jesus as atonement for sin before he even created human beings or God damned sin.

1Peter 1:20 0 He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.

This indicates that Jesus had no choice.

If God had not intended humans to sin from the beginning, why did he build into the Creation this "solution" for sin? Why create a solution for a problem you do not anticipate?

God knew that the moment he said "don't eat from that tree," the die was cast. The eating was inevitable. Eve was merely following the plan.

This then begs the question.

What kind of God would plan and execute the murder of his own son when there was absolutely no need to?

Only an insane God. That’s who.

The cornerstone of Christianity is human sacrifice, thus showing it‘s immorality.

One of Christianity's highest form of immorality is what they have done to women.
They have denied them equality and subjugated them to men.

Adam didn't disobey God because God is a tyrant, he disobeyed because he thought he wanted to be able to decide good and bad for himself.
