The fix is in for the Democrats, we'll see if it works

Insurrection Erupts at the Democratic National Committee

Debbie Wasserman Schultz is under fire from multiple Democrats now for her not-so-subtle support of Hillary and her tight-fisted stewardship of the DNC in that direction. She, and therefore the DNC, are all in for Hillary and everyone knows it.

The only thing that can stop Hillary at this point is an indictment, and who knows, maybe that wouldn't be enough either. Then it's on to the general, and we get to find out whether the bizarro GOP reality show will be able to offer a viable alternative.

Wildly entertaining and somewhat embarrassing, all at once.
.

I believe you are vastly overestimatingthe power of the DNC Chair over the DNC overall.

The problem is if a Democrat President is elected, he/she will enter as the most lamest of ducks. He/she will face a Republican majority in both houses. There are some things one simply cannot do with a telephone, a pen, and executive orders. These tax increases on the wealthy in order to fund more free gifts to certain people in society will simply not be passed by the Republican Congress. Things such as inclusion into Obamacare and free tuition for illegals are simply not going to fly with a Republican Congress and a nation 18 Trillion dollars in debt.

First, there's a very good change the Democrats will retake the Senate. They only need to pick up four.

Secondly, given how dysfunctional the House has become, having control of it doesn't mean all that much.

First, you have to do it. Chances are worth little.

And they start off with 37% of the electoral vote from the onset...
Yep, and you're one of the few righties who bring that up.

Conservatives are laughing, but they still have an uphill battle.
.
And if they get the illegal vote in a place like Texas...................and take that vote..................we are done.

If the Democratic Party was organized in Texas, it would make things very close, with all the legal voters. Those of you who believe illegal votes account for a significant amount of the vote are fools.

Those who believe 'illegal votes' amount to hardly any 'votes' are fools.

Given the GOP has vulnerable seats in Florida, Illinois, Wisconisn and NH, this isn't going to be that big of a problem.

You've got to win them before you can count them.

At the rate the GOP is self-destructing, I'm not that worried.

I honestly expect after Hillary beats Jeb, the conservatives are going to break of and form their own party, and good riddance when they do.

Any "indictment" would be contrived. I think it's pretty ugly that that's how the right thinks they can win an election....

but then again, i guess that's what happens when RNC's actual policies skeeve more than 50% of the voting public.

btw, Reince Previs has a far tighter hold on the GOP than Debbie Wasserman Shultz has on dems.

just saying.

there has never been any proof of in person voter fraud. the largest incidence of fraud was GOP operatives registering voters and tossing the ones that registered dem.

I'm tempted to think that, if an indictment were actually issued, that the GOP would have thoroughly done its due diligence and really have her nailed.

But I think I know better. If they can come within two miles of having enough evidence to indict, they'll push to do so, for political reasons.

Well, it certainly appears most of your Liberal friends are. Trump is on their minds constantly.

Then there was the attempt by the Democrats to not count the military vote.

Trump should be on all or our minds.

You know what, back in the 1980's I used to vote GOP. But back in 1980, you had Dole, you had Bush Sr. you had Reagan, you had Connolly, you had Baker... guys who were statesmen.

today you've got Trump, and Carson and Firorina. seriously?

Well, by the same token. you have Hillary, Sanders, Webb, and some other guy I don't even know. Seriously?

Those guys who were statesmen are now considered 'RINOs' by a republican party that's become extreme and out-of-touch.

Yes and once you had statesmen like JFK, Lyndon Johnson, etc., who were called Democrats. Now you have Hillary and Bernie who are Socialists.
