You see, the thing is, most governors are elected in MIDTERMS no one really pays attention to.

So you end up getting a clown like Rauner in Illinois because no one was paying attention and he ran a bunch of ads where he never talked about being a Republican.

These tax increases on the wealthy in order to fund more free gifts to certain people in society will simply not be passed by the Republican Congress. Things such as inclusion into Obamacare and free tuition for illegals are simply not going to fly with a Republican Congress and a nation 18 Trillion dollars in debt.
