The farce of the British justice system was exposed again today as social media users across the globe openly discussed the identity of a celebrity who cheated on his spouse in a threesome - but the British media are still banned from naming him.

Twitter and Facebook has been flooded with mentions of the pair after their identities were revealed in an American print publication.

Users searching for information about the infidelity are easily able to find out the name of the celebrity, even those in Britain.

But a draconian privacy injunction means Britons are barred from learning in the media who the well-known couple are. The celebrity, who has young children with his spouse, was involved in a threesome with another couple.

Married celebrity father who had a threesome with another couple is now being widely named on Facebook and Twitter but STILL the British media is banned from named him

This law is ridiculous, this is the same as when a few years ago, they were mentioning a footballer who'd had multiple affairs with all sorts of women including I think his Mother-in-Law and who the television and radio couldn't actually name.

So all anyone had to do was Google the relevant bits and then something like 50,000 references came up telling everyone the footballer was Ryan Giggs.

LOL!

"Twitter and Facebook has been flooded with mentions of the pair after their identities were revealed in an American print publication."

Which American print publication?

Who are the pair?

Let's have freedom of information!

The law is ridiculous if the country maintains it has free press. Interest in the case is also ridiculous.

The Sunday Mail’s Scottish editions today identify the A-list couple at the centre of a super-injunction controversy.

They won a silencing order to stop press reports in England but the injunction has no force in Scotland.

As our digital content is read in England we cannot reproduce the story online, tell you who they are or even feature the front page.

So, if you are in Scotland, let us know who they are!

We must defend free speech!

  • English and Welsh media were banned from publishing the story
While it was reported that the couple was named in American publications, the only online source is The National Enquirer and doesn’t even link to a real story, just to Radar Online’s homepage (Radar Online is the American version of the UK’s The National Enquirer).

However, we found the printed front page:
