What's odd about you brainwashed liberals is your inability to actually see the world. Right-wing radio is very popular. There is no method for Rush to command people to listen to him. If you believe that he, and others, are capturing listeners simply because there is no alternative, then go can create "truth radio, as told by liberals" and watch the people flock to your programs because they are self-evidently better. Or you could resurrect Air America from bankruptcy and try again, because as we all well know, the theory of liberalism/communism is NEVER the problem, it's always the implementation that screws up great plans, so clearly Air America failed because of poor implementation not because it failed to say anything interesting and just fed listeners the same tired propaganda which they get from Mainstream Media.

Call it Truth Radio, or spice it up and call it Pravda Radio, same thing.

In Southern California for example, there is six hours of Rush and Hannity. Hardly any liberal talk. I believe it's because there's millions of old white guys wanting their country back with nothing better to do than listen to these two. If the country were full of liberal bums on welfare with nothing better to do with their time, like most republicans on this board imagine, then wouldn't there be more liberal talk radio?

Funny that, those old guys never got a vote on giving their country away, amazing how liberals lie about things like imposing multiculturalism on a people and importing a new client class to vote for them. I imagine that you think that those old guys are wrong for being upset about a silent coup which took their country away from them, am I right?

How was their country given away?

Multiculturalism imposes obligations on the host culture to tolerate the presence of foreign cultures. This is drastically different than the older model, assimilation, which was pretty efficient at diminishing foreign cultures and getting immigrants to assimilate into American culture.

Are you being purposely stupid or what? You reference Southern California. Do we really need to establish how much has changed there since the mid-60s? California used to be near the top of national rankings in public education performance, now it's tied for 44th place with Oklahoma for 8th grade math performance, bested by Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Missouri, Kentucky, Georgia and Arkansas, the states that liberals think are filled with country bumpkins.

How do you imagine that the California of the 50s and 60s turned into the educational wasteland of today?

So with all this multiculturalism, which is so bad, why isn't there any liberal talk radio? Why are you so angry anyway, do you think you own the country and no one else is allowed to come here? I believe Rush and Hannity fans actually think like this, it's their country and they want it back.

A breath of fresh air. California has had conservative radio for decades. Robert Dornan, Joe Pyne to name a couple from the 60's. They sell hate to those who think their country is being stolen from them. Maybe liberals would rather do concerts and bookstores instead of listening to talking heads, most of whom have very little education or real life experience anyway. Hannity and Rush to name a couple of them.

It is amazing. Two advertising salesmen (Rush and Hannity for instance) make millions feeding the right wing trash just what they want to here. And the right wingers think they are prophets.

Yea, Rush is profiting all right. From the stupidity of the right wingers.

I assure you that if the left wingers wanted to eat up the garbage being put out by the likes of a Rush, there would be a multi millionaire left winger selling shit on the radio.

Fortunately most on the left have something better to do than listen to a Rush.

The airwaves are in the public domain but companies like clear channel control who gets to broadcast. Right wing radio is totally pro one percenters and corporations, so who dominates? People like Rush. Same with newspapers. Big business pays the bills with full page ads, so the slant is always to the right, in spite of the accusations of "liberal media". There is no liberal media.
