Explain how the big bang was described "exactly" in the book of genesis...

The order of events is exact to scientific theory of the big bang....

the discription in the bible isnt close to scientific theaory/evidence... it is exact...

where do you see anything that comes close to expressing the big bang? That god created LIGHT? It's a pretty far stretch to say that christian origin myth follows the bang exactly.

Explain to me what existed before the big bang. Then explain to me HOW what ever that was came to exist. THEN explain why THAT is more believable then my belief in a God.

Ummmmm... the Old Testament, which is where Genesis is, is the Jewish Bible. It isn't Christian except to the extent that the Christians adopted what is viewed as allegory and some sects decided it should be literally interpreted.

was this really a point worth making? Is ANYONE not aware that christiany sprung from the dogmatic loins of judaism? Jesus was a jew. Christians didn't adopt the OT just because it sounded good. It probably had a little bit to do with the origin of their accepted messiah, no? Does this really make the OT any less "christian"? billions of bibles say otherwise.
